Slow down there, hot shot! So that rate con comes to you via email. Then what? Print it in the truck? Then sign & scan/email or fax it back from the truck?

That’s it! Or you can use software that will let you edit/sign a PDF. Typically those aren’t free though. Printer works just fine for me 👍

As a dispatcher when it comes to the rate con and signature portion. Do I sign my name since I have limited power of attorney or do I sign my carriers name? I'm asking because on the right confirmation that I received from my broker on the signature part it has "Load accepted by"followed by a space to fill in information and then after that it is asking for a signature followed by a line to sign

I hear sometimes some dispatchers or fleet managers because trucking is a dirty game somitmes they'll send you all the information without the rate con and try to make some money off you.. is that true ? and i have a right to ask or it right ?
