Practise riffs and chords that you have to stretch for, that put strain on your fingers, until they're flexible enough to do a C Minor. I've seen women and children play guitar like a boss, so finger length isn't an issue, unless your fingers are as long as those of a cat. So, if you work on stretching your fingers, you should be able to do it. I used to think I would never be able to play a C major, but now I can snap to it in an instant.

@tls123456 Instead of barring with your first finger you could just use the tip of your finger to press down on the first string on the fourth fret.
