This 30-day series is a true gem. Makes an already incredibly likable guy seem even more relatable. Grocery shopping, food acquisition and selection etc are guaranteed views on every fitness related channel but add to that Seth's personality and boom - great infotainment. I've had a pretty subpar month and expect it to continue on that path, these vids are my antidote, either kicking my butt or just making me chuckle. Keep em coming!

As a flight attendant, trust me when I say this ain’t easy. From aircraft food and room service in hotels, I always try to choose the best options, sometimes I food prep for my flights but time is precious..
If there’s a supermarket close to me I always go for the cooked meals, including rotisserie chicken!! ☑️

Great video, I am a huge rotisserie chicken guy! One of my favorites for carb loading is 1 cup rice, 1 to 2 bananas, honey and cinnamon. DELICIOUS!

In the uk we get chicken salad sandwich, protein bar & protein shake for £3.50 from any petrol station. Eat 3 good meals a TENNA !! And there’s about 70g of protein per meal… lovely jubbly

Pretty much every grocery store, Walmart etc sells four packs of single serving microwave Minute Rice. Tastes good. Quick and easy to make. Makes portioning really easy when traveling and not wanting to stress about measuring etc.

I guess it's a pick your battles conundrum. Most foods that are quick and convenient while on the road, may or may not be the healthiest option if you're not down with certain additives/ingredients. Seth's choice of Chinese takeout and diet sodas probably doesn't pass the test if that's a disqualifier for some people. That said, I don't think Seth is looking at this as a recommended sustainable year round nutrition plan, just as something that works for short periods while on the road.
The minute rice jasmine rice tastes almost as good as if I made it fresh myself. I was shocked how hood it tastes and it only takes 1 minute for each cup
@@mikereynolds2313 that was exactly my thought when I first tried it. I’ve tried almost all the flavors and the Jasmine Minute Rice is my favorite. It’s perfectly cooked. The right moisture content and is flavorful enough that it can be eaten without sauces etc.
Bob is dead right about that rice! It's one of the best. I usually get the dollar store rice packets but in the supermarket, I get that jasmine on sale.

So just wanted to say your truck is out of inspction... I dont miss much when it comes to details.... ha!!

Seth the J is silent 😅 so it has an H sound. It’s a not so popular Mexican pop in Mexico, but people love it in the states, people in Mexico love their coke. People usually drink those with their taco truck burritos here in Cali.

Great tip on the Chinese food. We tend to think of American Chinese food which is super greasy but real Chinese food (like what the cooks in the back are actually eating) is pretty healthy. Exactly what you're eating. Steamed chicken and fish and lots of greens.
The Mexican tamarind is my fav flavor in the drinks.

I use to get those chickens to, but i know the ones at walmart all had trans fat in them and never went back, also that one clear agua is just sparkling mineral water, has more minerals in it than most waters.

Yahll dont forget that well where i live in quebec when the rotisserie chicken has been under the heat lamp to long they sometimes sell it at like 3-6$ discounted from the 9.99 price ive literally gotten 4 rotisserie chickens for 14$ before love it

That's exactly what I did during covid. I started my diet in February, and the country pretty much got shut down the following month. Things started to get hard to find because everyone decided they needed 200 dollars worth of toilet paper. The Chinese restaurants never ran out of chicken so I would get the steamed chicken with no vegetables and 4 months later living off of Chinese takeout I lost 45 lbs. Chinese takeout rice is definitely God tier! It's insane with soy sauce.

Man the rotisserie chickens from Sams for 5 bucks have been a staple for me for years. Seth shops about like I do, go in expecting to get maybe 10-12 bucks for a small meal and instead you walk out with 60 bucks of shit you don't need lol. Seth if you even see this, try Unique Snacks Extra Dark pretzels.

Man my wife is Asian and I have white rice and chicken at least 3-4 days a week in the slow cooker or out of the rice pot then home from the gym heat it in microwave and add some ketchup or chick-falay sauce
