What's up EVERYBODY! Here is Part 1 of Grocery Shopping series! Take a walk with me down the aisles of Sam's Club. I'll be dropping some knowledge on buying bulk, shopping on a budget, shopping for the kids/family, and how to shop as a bodybuilder. Groceries are not cheap, especially have kids and being a professional body builder. I have a few hacks mentioned in this video to help you guys out. Don't forget about the SNACKS!

You ain’t kidding about the food bill. I have two kids and it’s insane what it cost to feed a family of 4. I use to bust on my dad for going to 5 different stores for food now I do the same because of the savings.

Good choice on the Ziploc bags. I work at the Ziploc plant in bay city MI, and those bags came from my plant. I'm a line technician out there so I make the bags from scratch and can assure you that you are getting quality. Love your content. 💪✔💯

One thing the have at sams i love, these frozen breakfast pitas.....turkey sausage, egg whites mixed with some cheese, in a flatbread.....150 calories 14 g carbs, 5 g fat, 11 g protein.....great option when you need something quick....ill have two for breakfast
That’s what I love about raising my own livestock! Lol it can be expensive to get into but it’s great in the long run. Plus you know where all your meat comes from

Buy a half cow it will last you a good year. Comes out to like dollar something a pound and you get a deep freez to go with it . And on the ground beef side of it they will make it as lean as you want.

So glad here in the UK I pass a farm that does free range eggs at £3 for 30, also have another farm I get my raw organic milk from, bit more expensive at £2 for around 2.5pints, two of my main staples for my diet and lots of farmers markets and good butchers around :)

SETH! gotta use that "scan and go" app . I use it everytime and skip the checkout line. Scan the barcode, when done, hit checkout. Easy to keep track on how much you spend also. Tha ksnfornthe content also!

I don't want the chickens hogging my hormones unless I can absorb it by osmosis. Then they need to be organized in the store: tren chicken, deca chicken, EQ chicken, etc.
Guys the hormone free chicken is because they use estrogen to enlarge the breasts and your body will absorb some of it. Is not a huge deal but it makes a difference. Eat broccoli to keep estrogen levels down.
