Yo wtf, these vids are funny as fuck. This channel depresses the hell out of me, how do such high quality videos only amount to a few thousand subscribers?!
I have a recommendation for late game grinding. If you do the ninja reunion side quest, which you gain access to as soon as you reach the village where you fight the 8th gym, you gain access to 6 trainers with 5 pokemon, all level 52, and you can fight them as much as you need too. I was able to get 6 pokemon to 64-66 relatively quickly with the lucky egg, one of these was a volchik from level 5 all the way to a yatagaryu (this was completely unnecessary, I just felt like it lol).
Honestly… the RRRRAT is kinda my favorite starter.. freaking steel grass with BATTLE ARMOR, my man is a TANK… provided the enemy isn’t fighting or fire… which a suprising amount of the starting areas are…
Unironically gamefreak/nintendo should just… HIRE these fan teams, it would solve one of Pokémon’s biggest problems: lack of time to actually make the games due to the need to sync merchandise and the lack of manpower that leads to the first problem. Like these random rom hackers know what they are doing. Arguably more than even gamefreak themselves. What I’m saying is Nintendo should do what sega is currently doing and just… accepting fan projects as a sign of passion and love
