It’s a scary world honestly. Even though I went through severe trauma when I was younger nothing could have prepared me for what I was going to experience as an adult. I knew there was bad people, but the amount of bad evil people I’ve experienced is beyond shocking. I don’t know how these people have the energy and time to do all this crazy stuff. The scariest is when everybody is turned against you and nobody believes you. So then you just stay quiet as you suffer through it.
The problem is when you get stuck in freeze response or dorsal vagal. At first I enjoyed and needed isolation but it comes to a point that I have lost social skills and people trigger me so much!
After a lifetime of grief work and constant healing and taking 2 years to write a respectful & truthful letter, pertaining to abuse and speaking my truth about damaging lies from both parents. I now( like always, am being shunned.) it's re- triggering My siblings loyalty to my parents abuse, will keep them brainwashed vs believing my truth. There is no loyalty. Or integrity.
I think many times what people experience as gang stalking is actually a familial circle. Neighborhood or even an intimate relationship where others have been weaponized against you.
True! I agree with this. The sad reality, howeever, is that those who believe in gangstalking theories are not always psychologically or emotionally stable. That creates a situation where "EVERYTHING" is "gangstalking" and there is not clearly defined boundary here. To put it the way you have is wise. There are MANY situations where people can be manipulated against someone else. As I mentioned in the chat, there are family bullies and people who socially ostracize others. Labeling is so very important for the correct understanding of experience.

Antisocial pretends to be a pokerface and sits in the corner while launching another more volatile cluster B at their target. So never assume someone who is quiet and unemotional isn't a Cluster B.

It feels liberating when you fight back especially for a purpose. What are you thoughts or is there a diagnosis for someone who thinks of dying a Martyr not being scared of being murdered by gangsters.
That's a tough question! I do see how liberating it can be to stand up for what is right. There is an endorphin rush that happens to most humans in this process. However, I do believe (and I'm sure you would agree) that we have to be wise about those situations we choose to "stand up" in. We could certainly use many labels to describe a person like this so I digress. 😇 Sometimes self-righteousness could be displayed here too. So it really just depends on the person,. personal motivation, and the situation.
Unless you are between the sword and the wall, I don't think it is wise. What's the point of dying like a martyr? They don't care. You will lose your life and nothing good will come out of that. The challenge is learning to love yourself so you don't stay in that position ever again. What bothers them most are the people who dodged their bullets.
I have met people who seemed at first abuse victims and after I told them about narcissistic dynamics and techniques they got away from me and some I know they were covert narcissists, others I think they got scared because they didn't want to wake up from their reality due to trauma bonding. Anyway, they launch smear campaigns but stay away because they are afraid you unmask them or because they see you as the enemy because they don't want to face their problems. Flying monkeys come from all sizes and forms. Some are narcissists too and others have been fooled but none would be a good company if they don't believe you. They might also think you are paranoid unless they get tricked by the narcissist.
Wow, this happened to me August 2023. I left a toxic workplace, I left some people that practiced the dark triad traits. I get remarks from people that I don’t even personally know, but they know the administrator’s I worked with. I understand what your friend went through. People turned on me when I withdrew and waited for my final day at work-being nonstop harassed. My ex-supervisor who was also my high school english teacher is still using random phone numbers with fake employment opportunities. I’ve never dealt with sicker individuals.

I feel I'm getting post separation abuse , through my siblings silent treatment, triangulation, back biting , gossip, and smear campaigns .
