@@paulotruzzi3652 Double-teaming is a sexual expression.
Best one I’ve seen so far. And I’ve watched a dangerously large amount of these pitch meetings.
The radiation part is hilarious. I’d add “You know how Godzilla won the last movie by essentially using his radiation as a nuclear bomb?” “Yeah that radiation will have no impact on humans anymore.”
“They have to team up to fight a common enemy just like every movie that has ‘versus’ in the title”
not-so-subtle BvS reference
I love how this movie adapted Batman & Superman: World's Finest from the old animated series better than the actual Batman vs. Superman movie did 😂
I didn't buy the Godzilla / Kong truce. Neither of them said the name of their mother.
I was looking forward to Kong growling "Save...Mothra!"
This doesn't happen in "Alien vs Predator"
Lol except Freddy vs Jason

"oh, godzilla can't see off screen stuff then" - this killed me
I like how Kong fit perfectly through a hole that, at the surface, should only have had the diameter of Godzilla's mouth. Like, how tf did he fit through that? I get that the beam got wider the farther down it went, so when it hit the core it was big enough for Kong to get into, but at the surface it should have barely been enough room for Kong's arm.
A very helpful Godzilla.
It probably melted the area around it and that helped give it a bigger diameter.
"How?"
"Don't worry about it!"
Basically these movies.
I’m pretty sure the guys making it knew that people just wanted to see big lizard fight big monkey
Kong: "I want to go home"
Godzilla: "Nah, not today...hehehehe"

It sure is!

That's exactly what I was thinking.
xD right?
Actually, it was probably two different signs. One for "God", the other for "lizard"
@@moustachekid542 I guess there could have been lizards on the island so that word came up. 'Big' was probably in Kong's vocabulary early on. Assuming the girl called Kong 'Big Ape' 'Big Lizard Good' could have explained the situation.

That part still bothers me, and won't wormholes take a lightyear to get to point A to point B?
And then Kong did a backflip, snapped Mechagodzilla’s neck, and saved the day.

I gotta say, I watch a lot of RUclips, mainly for the learning diy things but Ryan doing this Screen Rant for almost any movie is simply magical.
Maybe once, he does a movie that has almost zero plot holes and is virtually perfection; the Financier Ryan gets all weird because there aren’t any plot holes and the Pitching Ryan tells him to get all the way off his back about pitching a perfect movie or something.
Regardless, these Pitch Meetings will be legendary, if they aren’t already.
Between Godzillas little "you got heart monke" laugh and Kong fixing his dislocated shoulder like Riggs from Lethal Weapon... this movie deserves all the money
