Pastor JD, thank you for all of your hard work . Your teaching can transport me to the time and place in history when these events actually happened and I feel like I'm there. You have such a gift. I thank God for you and Calvary Chapel. I thank God for the Word.
Much love to my man JD Farag I love you brother. Can't wait to spend time chatting about our lord some day in heaven together. From my family to yours thanks for your faithful passion to pursue Gods word and help us understand it even better by his holy grace I pray you will always be protected in your missions and ministry. Praise the one and only true God, our saviour and Lord Jesus that he will continue to spread his gospel through men who follow only Jesus.
JD, yes the power of prayer that brings us together and God wants us to do that for one another 💖🙏. Also I've been looking forward to Psalm 69,about what our Lord endured even growing up, with his brothers and sisters and the people in his town. He went through all of the social trials any of us can face now. Thank you Lord Jesus for doing that for us. Blessings JD. A watchman from Washington state.
Oh JD Farag, I am truly thanking Lord Jesus for you! For your teaching, preaching of the Bible and helping us get closer to our Lord Jesus Christ....and for your love and encouragement to all of us. The Lord sent me, and many others, to your RUclips channel. Praise Father God, Son Jesus Christ for His sacrifice for us and for sending our comforter the Holy Spirit.
Thanks for your inspiring ministry and thanks for the willingness of your church to pray for me during my recent surgeries. God Bless from Colorado Springs. I felt your prayers and all went well. Sending my love.
Thank You Pastor JD, this was more than wonderful message. I am listening and praying in the very cold land, above the Arctic circle in Finland. Be Blessed
Jesus Decibel Farag, You hit the ball out of the park tonight. WOW, and Big Mahalos is all can say. I loved every second of this teaching. You are totally inspired by the Holy Spirit. Being a Messianic Jew and knowing something about the Aaronic Blessing you nailed it. We say it at the end of every Bible Study in Hebrew and in English. One more thing I like in all the Psalms and Scriptures, I have learned that every time there is the word Salvation, its good to say Jesus (Yahsua) also. It puts a deeper meaning to the phrase. It is what it says and means in Hebrew. Also what you said about King David was right on and fantastic. And then to go into Johnna was really Great, how you told the truth about the Ninevite's. We are so Blessed by your teaching. I can't say Mahalo enough for all the work you put in to your teaching. A heart felt sorrow for your family on the 28th. Prayers also go out to your congregation members..
Definitely been getting "fear of what man thinks" negative thoughts lately. Thanks for your help in battling devils. Though I may know where to run (to God), it is good to hear the plan of escape from other believers. Hallelujah!
I remember when I was young, ''they '' said that a cure for cancer would be found within 40 years, alas that has not happened, and so many are affected by this dreadful disease, more so than back then, BUT.... GOD!!! He is the One who had the last word, no matter what the prognoses are, our time is in His hands, and that's so comforting to know , when you prayed for the sick, I prayed along with you JD, may our loving heavenly Father bless each and every prayer that was said, and may those you mentioned be blessed with healing! Thank you for your continual captivating teachings , blessings to you Kelly and the children xxxxx
Jesus is, and always will be, OUR KING; till the glorious end and beyond!!! Christians worldwide should join hands and make this world great again for HIS return. Thanks Pastor JD; be well.
Praise Jesus! Thank you for the update on Michelle. My biological sister, who went to be with the Lord Jesus a few years back, soldiered through more than 10 years with colon cancer. Such a trying time. Many aren't aware that the chemotherapy and radiation used to kill cancer cells also weaken their immune systems and make them susceptible to infection and sickness. Cleansing their wounds is often painful and frightening, and risk of infection is very real and dangerous. Terrifying to know that if the cancer doesn't kill them, the medication administered to heal could inadvertently kill them. Prayers are not only helpful, I would say they ate essential for full recovery.🔥🙏📖🛡
Pastor JD I can also use prayers for my son Billy 21 yrs old diabetic since birth and has depression and other issues if any one can pray for his healing God Bless and thanks
My daughter was born on December 28 as well. She turns 31 today. I've heard JD speak about Noelle, but I did not know she was born the same day. It can not be easy for JD and his wife, and I pray that the pain is lessened a little bit, year-by-year. But he's right, the suffering that we experience in this life _cannot_ compare to Jesus' suffering on our behalf. *Nor can it compare to the eternal joy which is waiting for those who love Him!*
Pastor JD check out fo Barbara O'Neil, for the meantime ask those who were inhospital and going to hospital to have green juices/smoothies. Chlorophyll purifies blood.
AWESOME YHWH HAS AN AWESOME SENSE OF HUMOR! LOL submarine LOLLOLO I needed to laugh hard today so thanks JD & ALL GLORY TO OUR SOON COMING KING JESUS YESHUA HA MASHIACH! HALLELUJAH MARANATHA FAMILY!
RE: The Middle East and the nations that GOD will bring unto HIM. Does the WORD tell the reason that so many of the nations that HE will basically demolish have what seems to be behaving in the same way as the nations that he will bring unto HIM, like Egypt. I know one day we will have the chance to ask these questions in person but for now does HE speak of this. Is it because they eventually realize and accept YESHUA and the other nations just flat our refuse to?
I have a friend who is suffering immensely due to the passing away of her 17 year old daughter about a month ago. Can someone please give me the link to the sermon preached by pastor JD Farag , after the death of his child, which I am sure would uplift my friend and give her hope to live. She is from a Catholic background and is not familiar with the word of God.
Minute 25.46 Thought on teaching Great teaching. It’s noted that the late Bible teacher Chuck Missler suggested that taking the Lord’s name in vain is less about vocabulary than it is about “ambassadorship.” In other words, we represent the character and power and dignity (the Name of Jesus) of our God on this earth. We must live in such a way as to not trivialize, prostitute, and misrepresent Him. This is why I say that we as believers (or professing believers) may take the name of God in vain far more often than do foul-mouthed unbelievers. Why? Because maybe it’s not about our vocabulary but maybe it's about our overall witness. I’m not a Hebrew scholar and so I may be way off here but I think that what the verse is talking about is identifying yourself with the name and reputation of Yahweh and then living in a way that brings dishonor to the name. I believe that Jews always associated someone’s name more with their reputation than a label, and I think it carries that meaning quite well, so if I say “I’m a Christian” I take up the name of Christ, or the Christ flag, if you will, and in doing so, my lifestyle will bring either honor or dishonor to that flag and the reputation it signifies. So in short, I think that taking Yahweh’s name in vain is’t merely a careless word but it’s a careless life while telling people we are His.
I had never heard that about Jonah and Nineva before. That was very interesting! (That the god of the people of Nineva, dagon , was half man and half fish).
The Bible tells us that all humans have sinned (Romans 3:23). Each of us is deserving of eternal separation from God (Romans 6:23). No matter the sin-rape, murder, terrorism, adultery, theft, pride, gossip, jealousy, lying, not fully loving others, etc.-we deserve to be punished. It's an all-or-nothing scenario. God does not judge us on whether our 'good' outweighs our 'bad,' but on whether we will accept His way of salvation. 'For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God' (John 3:16-18, ESV). God made a way of forgiveness, not just for some sin but for all of it. There is no sin that God cannot forgive. No matter what you've done, God will forgive you if you come to Him in faith. There is only one way of forgiveness. God won't forgive you because you promise to do better next time or because you make amends or because you do good deeds. No, He will forgive you because Jesus paid the penalty for sin on your behalf. Jesus was fully God and fully human. He was without sin and lived a perfect life. But He was crucified on the cross. He died a sinner's death. The Bible tells us, 'For our sake he made him [Jesus] to be sin who knew no sin, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God' (2 Corinthians 5:21, ESV). Jesus took on our sin so that we wouldn't have to bear it. He did the work and paid the price so that we could receive forgiveness. We know Jesus spoke truth and that His sacrifice on our behalves was effective because He rose from the dead (1 Corinthians 15:3-4, 20-22). Jesus died and was buried, but He was physically raised back to life. Jesus conquered sin and death. He made it possible for us not to be stuck in our sin and guilt and shame. He made a way for us to move past despair and into true life (John 10:10). He offers forgiveness to us if we will put our trust in Him. The gospel means good news! I will pray for you Carl! Keep watching Pastor JD, he is a wonderful servant of God.

How do I get saved?
