Thank you for this teaching. David has always been one of my favorites in the Bible, as he was so human. Powerful, faithful, depressed, sinning, repenting, searching, praising, fearing, joyful...everything we all are if we can be honest about it.
Not only fear, but pain also can bring that despair, that brings you to that point of wanting to die ! My wife and I have had much loss in our lives, and losing our eldest grand daughter to cancer 2 months ago was one such loss, but as a wounded Vietnam vet, I have been living with pain since 1970.I f it were not for my faith, I would have given in, to the easy way out long ago !

God made you survive through all of this for a reason. Don't let your faith in Jesus stumble now. I'm sure the loss but know that she is in heaven with the father.

Oh J.D. you teach from the heart and God's Word and His instruction He sends through you are always so inspiring. I wish we were still in Israel but I praise Him that He allows the teachings to come to me from Hawaii to Iowa ... yelling and all!
There are times in my life when trials seem to come in waves, one after another; never letting up, and my flesh gets tired and I become downcast; but I'm reminded as David said that "God is the strength of my heart, and my portion, FOREVER!" This teaching further encourages me. JD has a wonderful way of relating to our struggles, yet encouraging us in the Lord through these wonderful messages. 💝

My husband assaulted me, my mother-in-law is trying to evict me from the home my husband & I lived in that she owns,she was also my Minister& my husband is divorcing me. Everything seemed so overwhelming. Please pray for me. I do know God will take care of all my news.
Song, when sang to our Lord, is powerful. During this teaching the song “Fear, is a liar” came to mind and perfectly connects to this scripture. Will carry this with me! Thank you Pastor J.D. for your faithfulness to our Lord and helping me in a great time of fear and loneliness. We are to build each other up and that you have done dear servant! Thank you

During the sermon he talks about a scripture that talks about nothing will separate God from us “demons, principalities etc. . What scripture is that? Reason I ask is in a very stressful part of my life that scripture was bombarded upon me but for the life of me I do not remember where it is.
Roman's 8:31 dear sister. I have found Google 2b amazingly helpful when a verse comes to mind but I can't remember where it is! So, just type the words / main idea of the verse, and the verse(s) come up along with where to find them! 😀🙌. Try it out with this one. :) u will b so full of JOY u can do this! :)

Peggy DArata, the authorized KJV is the best Bible because newer versions alter or remove the scriptures which declare Jesus Christ is God. Some of the newer versions even have satanic phrases like “as above, so below” added to the scriptures. Some of the new versions also have been changed to say God approves of homosexuality. But God made sure we have His true written word in the authorized KJV. God bless you.🙏🏻🤗

What version of the bible are you using?
