There are many ways to monetize a D.R.E. asset. It depends on the kind of traffic you're getting and how much of it. Typically, display ads, affiliate links, or your own product is the best. I've done all of those and having your own product is $$$$$

Hey you forgot to give us the examples of how to create these near me websites? Great ideas like always. If you had to start from scratch again which idea would you pick? IF you look at how much time it needs to get the idea worked out and the money spend. In other words which ideas would you go after which have low entry fee and low maintenance and work put into it. thanks for the videos

One question here, how would a website that filled with scraped content pass the Google Adsense verification?
Because although it may be scraped, it's not copying anything. An address or business name isn't plagiarism. The pages are too thin. The better question is how does a page with such thin content rank?
I'd say because there just isn't any competition for the vast majority of their keywords.

2c per word is way too unrealistic. There's a lot involved in it.
I have a few sites where I pay 2c per word for content of this same quality.
