So ok, I can understand the people who buy this or nfts to sell it to other people in the midst of pointless hype, but if you think it has any real value then you deserve to lose your money paying for what is free on Minecraft or photoshop or whatever software you use to make nft garbage. Idiots think this is exclusive when you could make as many plots of land as you want and start your own meta verse, make it free to claim land and no one will care because it changes nothing in the world just like this except you have to pay for land because idiots missed out on crypto pumps and now they want to hype this up like doge coin. Everyone knows it’s worthless but we are just playing duck duck goose and seeing who is stuck holding the bag at the end. The only company that will rent land for an event or party is Facebook itself. VR games exist already and don’t require people to rent out the game they play or where they meet with other players. Certain cryptocurrencies on the other hand actually serve a purpose and function in a way that make them valuable. The difference with meta land and crypto investing is that crypto doesn’t require you to be into video games or vr to partake in the market. And the whole, people can’t afford a real house so they can magically afford a $20,000 meta house they can do nothing with other than look at… the logic of meta verse “investors” is non existent.
