      John Timm I like to use bands when doing it but a broom will do fine

    Thanks guys for showing this, between this and other movements in maps green I have since regained the shoulder mobility to do proper squats again rather than cambered bars. Can't thank you guys enough.

    I did learn this with bad form releasing the pinky from the stick, 3:53 is good form keep the complete hands on the stick during the complete motion for the best results.

    I've started doing this everyday before every workout and I use a band. It's super tight where my pec meets my humerus.
