Uncle Peter Hokkien Mee Is Back!

Used to work at Bedok Corner Hokkien Mee, Uncle Peter has decided to open his very own stall at Redhill. His Hokkien Mee has a distinct ‘wok hei’, and his pork lard is exceptionally crisp and fragrant. He shared that the secret is to fry them on low heat for 8-10 hours. If you can take spicy food, you have to try his house-made fiery chilli!
