*update* for the crop farms: the farmers need to be able to see the villagers they throw crops too, fences now connect to glass in 1.20 so just put some slabs/stairs next to the fence instead:)

How to fix iron farms, if golems are NOT spawning: ruclips.net/video/LqgLu3grX40/видео.html
Thank you for uploading I love your dedication
This is neat! But I built a trade hall around a zombie spawner and for the most part the trades are one emerald (except the sticks and nametags), it only took two golden apples and a bunch of zombie villagers spawning nearby.
Would it be possible to incorporate a raid farm into this? Maybe the heal/damage potion thing?
The best iron farm I've seen.
Could you somehow connect a raid farm with it too? Love the video keep the great work and have a great day!
Whata the maximum amount of villagers for better amount of max amount of golem spawn
Remember to put a lightning rod 3+ blocks above the build to prevent any villagers getting hit by lightning and turning into a witch ruining everything.
This just happened to me….
@@daedaek961 I am so sorry for your loss. I hope they weren't your mending villager.
@ArdentCadenza how'd you know?
@@CragDawgs I felt a great disturbance in the Enchanting Table... as if millions of items suddenly cried out in terror, and were suddenly silenced. I feared something terrible had happened.
Dude this is outstanding! I had this minus the farms + an automatic sorter wrapped around the outside. You're giving me nostalgia vibes!
Oh my god. This is the greatest farm ever man. I’ve always wanted all of these things next to each other but bedrock has too many quirks for it to work intuitively, so thank you so much fr
If you leave the cured villagers as zombies won’t they de-spawn?
If you get them to hold or pick up stuff they wont. Errr just name tag them
Zombie villagers don't despawn
First, you made the trading hall + iron farm and my mind was blown. Now you make this masterpiece amazing!
This build worked for me first try! :) I’ve never built an iron farm and now I can say I have. So excited to progress. Thank you 🙏
This is actually way more straight forward than I was expecting.
I just started a new world and think I'll be placing the curing station on the rail from the breeder to dial in my good trades before placing them in their cells. From there it's mostly a case of finding a way to make this all look nice in the confines of my base.
How is it now?
Or now?
CELLS??? Are you keeping them in jail!!! (This is a joke btw) p.s. I do this myself
Can we build this underground?
It's better than what craftopia used to allow: placing a hamsterwheel generator so every time the world loads the npc's spawn into it - forcing them to spend their existence running to death to make you batteries. (the matrix?) @@finblaster7

@@boomboiitomaestryder3339 - yes you should build it centered on a zombie spawner
@@boomboiitomaestryder3339 - You can also build a portal gold farm or two nearby, and try to find a multispawner nearby. You have a few mob caps to work with in your sphere. I have all this set up, but you will need 2-3 trident killers
I modified this style of iron farm from your other video to add a manual villager zombifier using a lot of repeating redstone contraptions and it looks and works great.
I think I mentioned this last iron farm video, but you can make this farm bigger and better. Make an automatic farm of potatoes and carrots under the iron farm. Those farmers will link to the beds. You also have space for auto pumpkin, watermelon and even cactus. Then you can move the trading hall around the edge of the iron farm. As long as you link all the villagers then it will get the same results.
I just asked this question before I read your post, I tried using farmers below the iron farm to breed but they are failing to breed I get hearts then the angry icon. I was thinking it was because the beds are up above the iron with no path, but you are saying it should work?? hmm then what am I doing wrong smh
@@atljb5748 i know this is a late reply, but do you have the detection villager which is able to detect all beds? and maybe the villagers in the crop farm still belong to an „other“ village

Definitely gonna build this on my smp, awesome build!
If you wanted to take it a step further you could add bees in with the villagers to increase crop rates and you also get honey/honeycomb. You could also add over flow to the crops and the poppies to get bonemeal.
Will do. 👍
What is over flow?
@@SrGek-on7iy my same question
@@trentSMCit's basically a circuit used in item sorters for when your chest are full and instead of items collecting in the hoppers, you put either a dropper facing lava for destroying the items in excess or a composter in this case soo the crop in excess get turned into bone meal

Note that for the villager to drop crops to the other villager in 1.20 the glass next to the fence post needs to be swapped with leaves
Thank you for this! I actually just killed my farmers last night because I was tired of them not throwing crops....They had been, then just randomly stopped, and thinking back, yeah it was with the update. But I hadn't connected those dots. I'll get some more in there with leaves and be happy again.

this is epic!! Always wondered how villagers really worked , and you've explained it ALL! thank you so much for making these videos! ❤
Great build, but for me the zombie curing station doesn’t work since 1.19.60… But if you put your villagers on a lower halfslab instead of a full block it will work again. 😊
Good to know, I had this issue but hadn't tried troubleshooting it yet.
Thank you for this comment! This is the easiest / best solution. If only I saw this before I moved all the villagers to their respective spots 😅
I just kept my zombie in the minecart and it worked
If you keep your zombie in the minecart it works
Question! Can we build this underground?
I have never thought that would ever be possible 🤩
This farm is amazing🤩
I love these mind blowing tutorials 😂
Everything about this vid was classy i love it, subbed
Hey silent! Just built this and loving it, it inspired me to think of other combo farms. I think I'm gonna try to build a cobble/stone/sculk/exp/gold farm using your quad stone generators from your moss farm combined with a portal tick zombie piglin farm. Ever considered building this? They ignore mob cap when spawning from portals so it could work really well.
Also ps i think your moss farm out produces storage on bonemeal mode, my hopper minecarts were getting backed up so I upgraded to your honey block 4x unloader and it works like a charm and keeps up long term.
This needs a video, stat!
This might sound dumb, but as a relative newbie to Minecraft it would be so SO helpful if you posted a movie if you building this specific mega farm in survival? There are so many bits where you merrily say ‘now put a villager there’ or ‘fill every other block with water’ but I find so tricky to do. (If you dont want to I still really appreciate your channel and thank you for everything that you post it’s brilliant.)
I was actually about to give up on bedrock before I saw your channel ty so much!
Simple, efficient, multi-function.. omg it's the best ❤️
Took me all day today but I built your iron farm 5 blocks above the ceiling of a zombie spawned chamber. I kept trying to get the discounts to apply without tweaking either farm and I did it. I have a villager on the trading hall floor under the villager that see the beds. Then I have another villager directly under him with a window into the zombie spawned room. He talks to the villager above him that talks to all the other villagers in the trading hall. Thanks for a great video
does it still work?
I’ve never built above/around a zombie spawner but I found one at a decent y-level in my new world. Do you have pictures of how to get it to work?
Hey Silent!
What is the distance you need to have if you're building this around a zombie spawner?
These iron farms have evolved ten Fold, props to you mate ❤️
Tysm I have been watching your videos and building your farms forever im going to build this today Tysm
This farm is so great!!! I built it in my survival world and it's functioning excellently. It's a good iron farm with 6-8 stacks of iron per hour. I currently have 40 villagers across the trading hall, breeder, crop farm, and curing stations. I love how it's so compact but still retains all the functions of 5 farms. Thanks for this amazing tutorial silent!
Do you know if this farm will work over an ocean? Or does it have to be on land
you can build it whereever :)
How do you fit all the other trading villagers?
@@cycada2405 I use all of the walls of the farm for trading slots. I also have some more villagers in my crop farm, in the breeder, and curing stations (I keep the villagers in the curing stations so I can trade with them). Also, I added more slots for villagers on the inside of the farm (where one of the crop farms is supposed to be) but I haven’t filled those up yet.
I tried the iron farm and villager breeder today in creative mode, it works! (Sep 13, 2023)
Nice I'm building it on my SMP
Can u test the crop farm please
Do you know what I can do if the villagers up to the front of the trading hall do not reach the discounts to cure the 4 villagers next to the zombie?
Thanks bro everyone else lied about how to make the farm I appreciate you.
Literally just started my factory district today, perfect fit
I have a thought, could you make a stacked iron farm with stacked villages. If you stack the villages like you did in the 24 stacked raid farm would you be able to do something similar ?
I watched a video recently that did this, I think it was Prowl - the biggest difficulty is getting the villagers in without them linking to the already established village(s).
This is a great functional build, I've been needing this on my realm.
If I were to expand this single-village iron farm module like this to contain 90-100 villagers in a trading hall, is there a proper formation to place that many beds?
Could they be stacked or do they need to stay at eye level with the one villager at the spawning layer?
You can place a bell in the middle of the beds and that acts as the center of the village.
@@jamescassidy7028 so you just need to build the collection and kill center around the center of the village? and the “trading hall” portion can look different but the farm will still work?
Another awesome bedrock farm, thanks silent!
Instantly thought its impossible to put 5 farms into 1 and then it is thanks to you👍.
Love the video! Quick question tho, what if you don't want to have a trading hall or nothing below the iron farm, where would you put the other 19 villagers?
put them into 1x1 cells with workstations in the walls. 8 per cell. getting them to link properly is the time consuming bit
@@silentwisperer what walls?
@@flamephoenix3461 a pod they are trapped in, where you go to trade
I have a slight issue with the breeder, and that is that some of the baby villagers when they grow up they get stuck and bob up and down in the water and drown b4 they make it to the drop shoot. It's not a lot of them, but enough that it can be annoying if you just need 1 villager, and it dies.
Redo the part where he puts the water in, follow the exact order he does the water and temporary blocks in (I had the same issue, this solved it for me, the water behaved differently).
i finally made it and it works perfectly thank you so much 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
The best part of this is that I was looking for this earlier today
I’ve always appreciated your bedrock tutorials! I just learned how to replace the original Minecraft music with my own files, now when I load up on bedrock I hear the Elderscrolls music 😂
It seems 1.20 broke the villager crop farm portion. Even using the suggestion made below with the extra hopper and slabs, the villagers are picking up the crops through the wall :/ I’ve replaced the ones that were no longer hungry many times now.
Any chance on getting a new crop farm tutorial in the works?
It works just replace the 2 corner glass with upper slabs
your tutorials are great!
I love combining my farms like this. 💗 only I base it around a zombie spawner instead of converting dudes
What would be the easiest way to expand the villager trading aspect of this? Make another circle, drop them underground, stuff like that
if you didnt make a farm inside you could just use the inside part
This farm is fantastic! I've gotten tons of iron, potatoes, and string, and my villagers are actually useful (unlike farms that pack a bunch of them into a single block). Only one gripe: My zombie curing station isn't working very well.
I built it with the same design and placement as in the video, at the back of the farm, right next to the breeder. First, the zombie wouldn't attack the villagers until I dropped them down a block, which just led to them being able to amble around in the curing station. Not really a problem, but it was annoying.
The real kicker was that after curing them, only villagers within a few blocks were affected. None of the villagers at the front of the farm had any discounts. It wasn't until about halfway around the farm that I started to see anyone with a discount, and, even then, it was only 1 emerald per curing.
After doing some digging, it seems that curing and the subsequent discounts have been nerfed, but this video is only a couple of weeks old, so I dunno. Is there anything that I can do to improve the curing effect?
I have experienced the same thing.
Hope this will help you but what I have tried is to encircle the entire farm with some fences in order to prevent and villagers from running away.
This would allow me to set them free and get a zombie inside and turn all of them or however my you prefer.
Then get rid of the zombie and cure all of them in order to access the best discount for all villagers permanently.
It's tedious but I think worth.
To get them back in just wait for them to use their blocks and then they will voluntarily walk into their cell for you to block them off again.
@@kellanhersey1117 Thanks for the suggestion! I ultimately just ran my zombie around in his minecart to the villagers that I actually cared about and then cured them in their little chambers. I'm now fully kitted out in diamond gear (+ mending!) for the low, low price of one emerald each!
I built the zombie curing station just like the vid but soon when i have the villagers and the zombie on there spot my iron stop spawning is there a way to fix it? Sorry if my EL is bad
For the zombie to attack the villagers, put trap doors instead of the glass block on the piston, open the trap door and the zombie will be able to hit the villagers, when it's over close the trap door, I don't know if it will work in this one with 4 villagers and 1 zombie but with 1 zombie per villager it works with the trap door

I spent around 30 hours in my current world making something very similar, but with the old minecart system for organization and such. It holds 80 villagers and I'm having to burn iron. Additionally, I buried it so I can use it as a raid farm, and it works for general mobs at night too.
Only thing I still struggle with is the excess of cats. I can just kill them, but then my wife harasses me constantly...
Tame 5 cats, have them sit near the farm. :3 Cats should no longer spawn.

Hey Silent, thank you so much for the tutorial, it's absolutely amazing. I'm having one issue though, regarding the villager breeder. The villagers (only in the breeder) are constantly trying to link and unlink from different beds, meaning my breeder isn't working. They are 15 or so blocks away from the bed, however im not sure why they keep trying to link and unlink. Any suggestions would be great :D
Yea same here I added beds literally next to the on top in that top chamber they still dont want to breed
Try killing the villagers in their posts. And then place wood or dirt of something solid on the blocks where the workstations were. After restart the process of breeding your two villagers. Make sure you set a villager on the same level as the leaves to ensure that the villagers recognize the beds. FInally, build a wall so that the villager adults in the breeder cant see any workstations. This worked for me to reset their pathfinding.

Same. It’s so Frustrating I’ve built this farm 10 times now
You mentioned the zombie spawner - but one thing I found that worked pretty well on a build was surrounding the iron golem spawning platform with a shelf with trapdoors. Since you are usually underground you already have a ceiling and so long as it is dark, hostile mobs will spawn up there (usually on the opposite shelf from the side of the village you are at). It won't be super efficient, but it will get you some drops as well.
There is a small risk of a creeper blowing up your campfires if hit by skeletons aiming at the golems, but that can be negated with some minor mob sorting in the kill chamber (soul campfires, however, did enough to fix the problem for me - letting the golems also clear any witches that make themselves immune to fire).
I was aiming for a self-contained all sufficient underground base, so rather than villager farming I was using bones from the skeletons to feed microfarms (and I had an autofarm for melons/pumpkins) and my villager breeder was just a fenced off corner with my breed stock until I had all the cells filled with non-nitwits.
I also used the golems and their kill chamber with a village build into a boat as a raid farm - but it was a pain to keep the raids from spawning down with the villagers or off the sides of the boats, but when it worked, it worked well, as the golems drew in the mobs and cleared witches. Not sure I would do that again, as it was a pain, but it did multitask well enough.
Lol. I've experimented with the mob and iron farm. I've had a few mishaps that were epic. Honestly, just making a traditional mob grinder right next to this farm (filtering out spiders) will be good enough to get you bones and gunpowder for normal needs.
YOU WERE READING MY MIND!!! No kidding, All day, today, while planning out my new iron farm (your old tutorial :) )...I was like "This room in the middle would be perfect for a crop farm" and trying to figure that and a auto breeder linked to the hall....LITERALLY 2 HOURS AGO.
tip for the crop farm, instead of using glass for the collection system use leaves, glass now connects to fences while leaves dont and behave the same way as glass with that exception

After the intro, I literally rubbed my mitts together and giggled. 😂
MY GUY THIS IS AMAZING. I AM SO USING THISSSSSSSSSSSSSS :DDD
No raid farm included? 4/10.
Yes
I'm honestly surprised I haven't seen you mention this, but my go to any time I build an iron farm is to toss it in the ocean. You're already getting string from cats, so on top you get fish, bones, and on VERY rare occasions rotten flesh and some other random useful junk.
I always do it over the ocean because of this, as well as it being far away from other villager tech I may want on the mainland
This reason too is why I always set up my base near an ocean.
I recommend putting a hopper in that corner between the crop farm collection system and putting a block on the ceiling above it to prevent the farmer from standing on it, if not, sometimes the crops the farmer throws will and on the ground between the hoppers and the other villagers can pick them up
Hoping this works. Tired of having to go in and collect all the carrots and potatoes on the ground.
i could not get the golems to spawn and i was so close to giving up and then i figured it out and it works SO GOOD! you have to have the exact number of villagers to beds and workplaces. thats including the 2 on the side. so if you have 20 beds you need to have exactly 18 villagers & work places nearby. i put my villagers in a box underneath and it works amazing. 64 iron in under 5 minutes!
Now I just need a bunch of golden apples. Just made this and it's working great!
Bro I love these 5 in 1 farm they make work so easy
This was the first iron farm I've ever built and I just finished the iron farm and trading farm part. The trouble shooting video also really helped. This is great!
Its working really well
Still works great.
I would make a few updates.
If building the farm on the underside:
Split into quarters not halves. The farmers will start mating if they can get together.
Put leaves or signs above the trap doors over the villagers' heads. I had the golems spawn on open trap doors (just remembered i my builds 1 block taller to the floor of the iron farm.)
This is a pretty cool farm! I'm definitely making this. Question though, would this also work underground?
Idk if I will ever need this much iron, crops, or emeralds, but thanks!
Argh, was just about to start building your old iron farm and the villager breeder, had the resources pretty much ready to go. I'll have work out what changed lol
Silent...I have built a ton of you of your stuff. Very little trouble shooting...if any. You are my absolute go to. My daughter and I have loved what you bring us. We just started a new realm and the new AFK raid farm is working beautifully (Just waiting for your mass sorting and storage tutorial). But REALM seems to be the problem with this particular all-in-one build. First...lots of cats...no golems. I have trouble shot everything you have suggested, and that I could think of. The villagers link and de-link to their work station. I have multiple villagers linking to the same work station. Then they randomly change careers. I blew out all of the beds and one by one made sure they linked. I broke ALL of the stations and placed a station watching closely who linked. Sometimes 2 did. I would pick one. Put the same block with the other. Then I would break both work stations and place them one at a time again. Seemed to work. But no golems. I then sent Luigi in and...errrr....off'd the current batch of 24 villagers (yes I have lots of beds at the correct 3 high point)...and started again with the breeder. The breeder, which had worked perfectily, gave me another 9 kiddos...and stopped...no matter how much food I gave the greedy B&^%rd's....nothing. By the looks of the comments...it is as simple as...this does not work on a realm. Any work around? Or am I hooped.
I don't play on realms, but I built this about 5-6 weeks ago and it worked flawlessly. I literally left it running for 8-9 hours while i went to work. Came home in the evening and she was still producing iron. 'Ok, well that works!' Collected all my iron, flew back to base. Loaded the save up a few days later to mess with their jobs, but i got side tracked building a 'jail' for a witch that happened to spawn nearby. Without changing anything with the ironfarm or villagers, I noticed no golems or cats were spawning. After a few game days messing around in that chunk it started spawning cats again but no villagers. It's sort of coincided with the 1.20 update, but the farm is just broken. Not a single golem has spawned since I flew away. Watching the beds, they are constantly linking and delinking. I'm not sure if the update changed the way villages work, or the spawning requirements of the villagers, or what. But it just completely stopped working. Literally built it, it worked flawlessly, then just stopped working. No idea.
Just saying that it doesn't seem to be just a 'realms' issue. It stopped working for me in vanilla singleplayer too. Which makes me think they updated something.
A note if no iron golems spawn and the villagers dont want connect to the beds. Even though you have the detctor villager try to move him closer to the beds using rails and then put him back in his sell again. This worked for me. And also a question can you have the curing station under the iron farm? Becuse my farm is so big that I cant reach all villager if i put it on the side. And a second qustion can the zombie villager dispawn if you dont cure him and keep him as zombie? Please answer me!
If anyone is having problems with the fences connecting to the glass in your crop farm. I found that it works if you replace the 3 pieces of glass with upper slabs. The fences won’t connect any the farm should continue to work.
I did this but I don’t know why my villagers won’t give the crops to the hopper, they just keep it. Do you know what I did wrong?
Maybe it is because those villagers aren’t hungry villagers. Try to replace them and see if it works
I see what you did there, giving one farmer beetroot and one potato. Idk if that was intentional, but the food wars still rages on. Great farm!
Thank goddddd I was bout to make ur old iron + trading thank god I didn't build it
I'mma make this one
Loads of love for supporting bedrock players
I am about to start working on this Me and my friends will never argue about food and iron again 😂
Hey silent, absolutely love your vids!
Just wanted to ask a pretty niche question about villager linking. I have an underground base and I’d like to make an iron farm directly underneath, but I know you need a certain horizontal distance from beds and workstations to prevent linking issues with the villagers. How is this affected vertically? Would I need the farm 100 blocks below my base for it to work?
I don’t remember the exact number, but I’m pretty sure on bedrock the vertical distance for bed/home/village searching is only 6-10 blocks. That’s why several tutorials have vertically stacked villages for faster iron farms.
Sorry to see you tutorial videos getting less views don’t worry tho my friend soon everyone will have their month of Minecraft and you will see those views grow love your videos man your back must hurt from carrying my farms builds😂
next to the fences, put leaves instead of glass and it will fix your crop farm
you have to do this because now glass connects to the fences and block the villagers
Thanks, I've been having this problem 😭😭😭
How do you go about upgrading if you have one built from the previous iron farm? Will you need to remake it?
I would love to see this merged with your RAID farm tutorial. My seed just happened to have one that a 6 in 1 is possible
I'm a simple man. I see a new silentwisperer farm. I build it. Big thanks!
Quick tip:- Instead of making the villager pods opening at the outside, you can make the hole for trading facing inside and leave a opening at one side with a fence gate
This way you and the villagers will be more safe when trading and even when you forget to close the trapdoor
