For the auto fish farm I assume you need an auto clicker to AFK at it right? Meaning you can really only AKF on PC and Mobile

Farm idea: Mooshroom farm!!!! Just FINALLY finished converting my mooshroom island to grass, I would love an auto mooshroom farm! Could maybe even use a trident killer and lava blade to automatically apply looting 3 and fire aspect!

Man, I don’t *HOW* I managed to live in my Minecraft before I discovered and took on building farms, they truly are amazing things (especially when I’m tight on playtime; now I can have them working in the background as I do homework!)
TRUEEE DUDE TRUEEE But just one thing if you have any brothers or sisters be sure you let your siblings have a turn on the switch if they are interested. Especially if in the whole house you only have one switch whether it's the Xbox, ps4, ps5, or switch.
Right? I logged a few thousand hours before I ever built more than a house/building.
My first honest farm was an iron farm (got tired of spending all that time in a mine).

@Reverend Baal I don't have one yet of my very own we share the switch. I can't afk minecraft 24/7 like everybody else does. But I can still afk hours which is incredible
I’d recommend Iron Farm with villager trading, Pumpkin Melon for emeralds and gold farm for XP. Early game done! Silent’s Iron Farm works well, have made it 3 times - a few tweaks to make it easier to deal with villagers randomly changing work stations which stops the farm from working are: 1. Make the villagers face toward the farm rather than away 2. Put glass blocks above their heads so you can see the green particles and quickly identify which villager is synced to which workstation. Will save a lot of time!
Easiest emerald farm is fletchers, all you need is sticks

I wanted to give a heads up that in Minecraft 1.19.60 your hoglin farm breaks due to a parity from java making campfires not burn mobs/players so your hoglin farm will only yield raw pork chop which is fine but if you can update it to make cooked pork chops again just update the video. Thanks!

I definitely swear by the villager breeder farm, villager trading hall and iron farm. It works so well that I've been using iron blocks for building material. Plus the zombie curing method that Silentwisperer added to the trading hall? It did consume all my golden apple stocks (sad, I don't have a gold farm yet haha) but most items the villagers trade for are already super cheap. Thank you so much Silent for the villager breeder/villager trading hall/iron farm design. I'm going to make another one though. The librarians in my villager trading doesn't have unbreaking and fortune enchants (they got mending, looting and efficiency though). This time I'm combining a villager trading hall and a villager crop farm as well.

In my opinion, fish mob farms are the best early game bonemeal/food farm when compared to the chicken and spawner farm. They're also easy to make as they are pretty small :D
Fish farming is glitching and not true survival
So, the other day I decided to build an old school furnace array, so I found your very first video, it still works! So I decided to build your lava farm so that I can fuel my new furnace array, but I needed an iron farm for all that iron. So I built your iron farm/villager trader combo. Then while decorating my new furnace array I decided I needed more wood, dark oak, so I found your dark oak farm, but whoa! I don’t have enough slime or honey. Slime farm first, and while digging it out I found two geodes. Should I build an amethyst farm? Check RUclips. Silent says no. So no. Back to the slime farm. Almost done, but wait? Is that a bee hive in a cave? Let’s start a bee farm here! Wait, why was I doing this? For an old school furnace array?

I went nearly 2 years not knowing that there was a Zombie spawner 15 blocks below my base, it spawned with torches lol only found it because of spectator mode
Ever since I heard about my first tutorial of how to build a mob farm on Java 1.16 , I have always been hyped to build a farm for my world as soon as I was able to.
For super early game and into mid, I follow none of this lol, I throw a couple of cows and sheep into a 1x1 hole with the water dispenser, hopper under for collection trick, make a wheat farm and breed them until they exponentially grow and I have all the food, leather and wool I’ll ever need, then I go find a village and bring a couple home, place down a ton of beds, from the sheep I’ve been breeding and killing, now I have infinite villagers as well, so I make a big pumpkin/Mellon farm next and start the villager sorting process until I have all the trades I want, oh and while this is all going on, iron golems are spawning, so I make a two tall space to sit in and kill golems while waiting for pumpkins and mellows to grow, so I also have infinite iron early game…

Update, after making more progress, I used to create a separate iron farm to “afk” at, but recently, I just put a name tagged zombie in the middle of my villager trading center with a lava blade below it, and now, with almost no effort, I’m getting infinite iron as well, and it’s pretty funny watching the new golems spawn in, see the zombie and sprint to their deaths…

For some items like the Wither II arrows I'll set up a villager farm but aside from the melons and pumpkins for emeralds I haven't used them for some time
My early game is always beelining for that Iron Farm rather than scratch the earth like a peasant. My only problem is that if you combine it with a solid villager trading hall, you start to get into the territory of removing the “Mine” in Minecraft. Villager mechanics are kind of broken.

4:25 you can make the base generator keep up with a nethrite pick haste II efficency V. I just messed with The repeater then it started to keep up after I mine for a few seconds.
For leather/beef having an AFK mooshroom-cow farm on a mooshroom island is also great. When playing online, those crammed chicken cookers can be a little frowned on for performance reasons; which makes AFK beef an excellent replacement.
I Made the ironfarm, cropfarm, breeder from your previous video. Works great, but after some time the 2 farmers stop throwing the crops in the Hopper. They left in the floor. I killed the farmers and bring another 2, but is the same. Also the zombie chamber must be over the beds and the Range covers all the villagers.
I had that happen to me. I just put rails below the farm and collected them that way. Turns out it has something to do with the line of sight between the two villagers so the farmer’s pockets get filled up.
@@siliconretina8824 I'm gonna try to put 2 beds at the farm level. I think the farmers are not linking to their beds.

Its pretty much simpe i think. You'll need a bit of Redstone stuff and a bit of these vines. Shamly i dont make videos so i cant show u :((

@@jonclopper9621 Im currently actually also trying to make such a vine warm like you but only as compact as possible with as much outcome as possible. Of coure it depends very much on how big the automatic farm is. Id recommend build another such automatic farm like that just next to the other vines farm but with an conjoined storage system. This should give you in a hour something like a single chest full of these vines, of course depending on which vine you are farming
I always build that iron farm on my mcpe survival world, but i do some customisation like the villager is facing inside instead of out side and i put the dr. Zombie on the outside. I do some upgrade tho like an auto collect sapling, cactus, and even mob farm on the third layer. The only thing that complicated to me is the storage since the building is very complex, using to much chest could ruin my fps but if i'm using barrels, i will ruin my villager trading hall.
For the iron farm it is so nuts how long it took me to build one on my first xbox1 world. I had been cheaaaap as heck with my diamonds and stingy with my iron until I made this. I must have used stone tools complemented with iron and diamond for thier specific items (gold, diamond, obsidian mining) for over a year. Then when I built it I did the villager portion in the most painful way by transporting ALL 30 nearly a 1000 blocks. Haha what a noob I was. Oh and that world only Just recently got a passive mob farm. Was eating fish and veggies for the better part of 4 years. Meats where a treat hahaha
Same. I never built an iron farm/villager trading hall until now and I swear they're so efficient that I'll be doing them whenever something messes up my world and I have to start over again. No need to go down mining for iron... only for diamo... oh not even much for diamonds coz we have the villager trading hall.

I made an iron farm and I built it a bit too close to another village. I had 20 villagers and was preparing to move them soon but I was fishing for mending books. When I came back the villagers disappeared even though they were trapped and protected. The nearby village also had their villagers disappear except one so Im screwed unless i use cheats to spawn them in that refuse to do like my previous world.

Iron farm is my first farm in a new world
Trading halls are the best farms, and quite underrated, or at least seem to be since not many people talk about it. I think iron farms, while deserving, are highly overrated. Trading farms are so good, you could get so many different items, weapons/ tools, armor and even food. Along with halls, comes iron golems, an iron farm, and if paired with the illager outpost, you could build a raid farm. And with lots of emeralds, you could buy the entire stock of items from the wandering trader (who btw will often spawn in your trading hall, which would eventually turn into a manual lead farm as well. The possibilities are almost endless
Not to mention automatic crop farms thanks to villagers OOPS

This happens to me since I always look out for the slime ball in the wandering trader's trade list items. Whenever I see he has it and I am low on emeralds, I dash to my iron farm, grab some iron and trade with the armorer/ weaponsmith/toolsmith to grab some emeralds then dash back to the wandering trader. Man these villager trading halls are a sure lifesaver for any Minecraft player.
The thing about iron farms is they are so easy to make as a combo farm with a villager hall. And since villager halls need a source of emeralds its not really a question that you need to build a decent farm for something else first like pumpkins or iron to trade for emeralds. (Eventually a raid farm is ideal)
I don't think iron is overrated, its one of the basis materials to build your world with like wood. So much stuff takes iron, especially redstone components like hoppers. (Although if you get lucky and find an iron vien and have a fortune 3 pick you can postpone the iron farm)
And i agree villagers are overpowered, but they are also expensive in the beginning and it isn't until you cure them and get positive trade loops going that they are broken.
Well, eventually you’ll be dropping 1908(212blocks) of iron every 50 meters in all directions to saturate your base with 6 beacon boost all over. Be careful of overlap due to lag but if lined right, saves you a lot of time.
I still mine, but its more to clear entire chunks down to bedrock at a time to make room for more construction. Its more of an end-game thing especially with assistance of TNT droppers.
Honestly? These days? Iron vein mining makes getting iron SUPER easy, even for me, someone who makes lots of hoppers and uses quite a bit of it. If you're a new player and find yourself needing lots of iron, find an iron vein, get some chests, and fortune pick. You'll get stacks of blocks of iron, assuming you find an average-sized vein
Those veins as definitely awesome, but there is something to be said for passive iron. But i definitely agree that new players are probably better off playing normally and just finding a vien than dealing with villagers to make an iron farm.

I don't get what you mean by bone meal being "One of the most useful items in the game". Sure, it lets you grow crops faster and, afterwards, sell them for emeralds and it has some cool crafting recipes, but other than that it doesn't seem very useful to me.
The only farm I can’t do in the list is the afk fish farm. Because iOS doesn’t have autoclicker

Im litterly struggling so much i havent build any farms yet and i still dont know with what i should start because if i want an iron farm then i need to have villager breeder and if i want to have a villager breeder then i need a carrot farm its litterly killing mee
Build “functional” iron golem farm first. You can separate out the village breeder or combine it to include separate stalls and self-food farm features later.

I am a bit disappointed, don't get me wrong, but you did a 10 Best Early Game Starter Farms You WILL NEED! Besides that, I feel that fish + iron should be a better fit for start than cow + chicken, simply eat fish!
Suggesting a starter player should look up for a spawner to make a gen mod trap farm is quite off the point, I mean, if you stumble upon one, make use of it, but looks like a honorable mention, more than a goal to be chased.
Cobblestone is a nice additions, since with those farms combination, one could advance quite quickly to mid game.
Also, really great that they were all overworld only, now, I still am not completely comfortable with nether yet. Besides having done 3 Raid Farms and 2 double blaze farms; I am up until now, unable to complete the guardian one. So I am not that starter, but not advanced at all, my son is way better in PVP, but he flies really bad, for instance.
Hoping the mid game farms could make me feel challenged.

they do:) make sure you get the aim correct! you'll need to jerryrig some sort of auto clicker, or use the semi afk fish farm though
