@@mar_speedman nah i am pretty sure you got it backwards, he joined La Vache Mauve after Dragondor kicked him out until he finds attonment.
@@blakearmentrout7717 I'm pretty sure he's atoning for something he did after he joined La Vache Mauve. I mean, didn't the cow god once talk to him directly about his atonement? I mean whatever he did with the Dragondor was probably bad, but I don't think this is what he's atoning for.
@@mar_speedman I may have to go back and watch the previous sessions where he explains it but i think La vache mauve and Dragondor are the same thing now that I remember, the cow god is sort of his unofficial patron in the way Prudence follows C'thulu and the Cow is praising and guiding him to his atonement, remember when he used to hand out Dragondor panflets asking more people to join his order and the way of La vache mauve? To be frank I don't think it matter much anymore, with all they have done I don't think even Eggbert bothers seeking atonement anymore or even remembers what he did to be exiled because it would mean returning to the order and not hanging out with his friends.
@@blakearmentrout7717 The amount of sheer confusion about Egbert's past is frankly... Completely understandable. What with Mike being so secretive about his character and all lol
Though I'm pretty sure in this adventure they specifically say Egbert left Dragondor and joined up with La Vache Mauve. To be honest, I had completely forgotten about Dragondor till that point.
The "cover art" they posted on twitter looks disturbingly like a Metalocalypse album cover. Merilwen is standing in the middle, in Nathan Explosion's spot, which tracks.
"Yes, um... Hello? Are you one of those uh... Paladins of Dragondor? Ah, yes, well. I've found the people you're looking for..."
Rocco, you traitor!
17:36 - said Corazón, renowned chicken-kicker.
Egbert, you had me at flying squirrel. 🥰🐿
That was once again a wonderfully chaotic session! Thanks for the laughs, all!
As a chemist shocked by control water being used to control a substance that is definitely not water
Control liquid
This new season is perfectly timed to carry me through October until The Dragon Prince is back for more (I assume) baby dragon mischief. Very excited Oxventure is back!
I don't know why I always picked Scotch Eggs as like pickled eggs in those big jars like you see at Moe's in the Simpsons but I was confused when Johnny mentioned pigs so I googled it and man they look so much yummier than what I was picturing.
I so enjoyed the background death saves and the casual counterspell from a improv'd character. Make them suffer a bit, Johnny! 😆 Hoping to see some big bads with legendary resistances/actions this time around. ❤
In which Johnny tries to teach the Oxventurers the value of life 😂
Gotta say, it's great seeing you all back in the same room together again! ^^
Right?!
Part of me wants to go back through all of the Oxventure to work out what the least justified death was, but I'm pretty certain "poisoning a guy who just wanted them to do two hours of community service" ranks quite highly. (And so does "murdering a chef to steal his food", in case you were wondering.)
Technically the food was already stolen. He was murdered in order to stop him from getting it back.
Merilwen once shot a kitchen helper trying to run away.
@@BogeyTheBear She was worried they would alert people that the group escaped.
@@BogeyTheBearto be fair, the pastry chef was in the process of literally running to sound the alarm... so i agree with her instincts totally on that front.
Did I miss something or is it true that the first roll in the first video exclusive to the new channel is a natural 20, followed by the second roll, a natural 1?
... this is gonna be fun!
Egbert rolled a five to eat sulfur bones, which killed his parasites, remember?
I heard 'CDB' as "Seedy B" which made sense in the Seedy District
I love that Prudence always forgets she has a tail. You don't need a rope to tether the egg.
I like to think her tail it's like a cat's, always doing it's own thing in the background 😂
Watching this after the finale and knowing everything Egberts answers about the paladin order make so much more sense he’s not sure what to say in terms of what they’ll do to a gold dragon
It's great to see them all in the same room again after such a long time.
"Inside every mountain is a volcano" is the best aspirational Dob quote ever:
It's uplifting, slightly confusing and totally inaccurate 😁👍
17:25 that Merilwen look at the camera
Very happy to see Oxventure back at a regular schedule! Can't wait to see the rest of the saga.
I wonder whether the Oxventurers have learned anything from the Orb Saga in which they got attached to something they really shouldn't have. Surely having the dragons hatch won't backfire on them like it did last time.
johnny's concern about mpreg had me ded 💀💀
Why do I get the feeling stuff is about to go down haha. These new thumbnails are so good.
I loved this so much I am already back to watch it again and it's only been afew hours.
I feel like bismuth (spelling probably wrong) is definitely a dragon in a weird human form. I love her so much ♡
yeah, to think the ice dragon called her The Lady of The Necropolis with respect
Nice going, Dob. You're now responsible for even MORE orphans.
This entire session feels like it was meant to be a 10 minute sequence to get the eggs and went for over an hour somehow and it was all pretty fantastic.
Damn Johnny hairs looking good
Heck yes they're back yay I needed this thank you guys, I love the thumbnail Prudence looks amazing I want to see the massacre she's walking away from
The new studio quality looks great!
Yay, thank you!
Can't wait to see what chaos ensues next week!
"Putting all of our eggs in one Bismuth" That's great! :D
This entire video is Johnny just absolutely biffing their rolls and the players avoiding everything they intend to throw at the party, and Johnny not being able to do *anything* about it.
I was thinking that oxventure had been cancelled and I missed it but now it having its own dedicated channel I can be excited again :) thank you gang!
Super weird thought but since Johnny came out and use they them , I would love ox to reword the literally everyone else in the world song for like an anniversary or something ♡
Coz Johnny is one hell of a brilliant dm ♡
12:45 "let's get down to Bismuth"
Brilliant episode, everyone! This was so much fun to watch!
"Deep-dish deadpan" bravo Johnny, bravo 👏
Lol Dobb saying do right by SOME orphans
Can just be impressed how fast Mike answered what language is that.
