When you state "plasterboard ceiling directly fixed to u/s bot chord" I assume that means via either ceiling battens or direct fixed Rondo battens right?
Hi Ian, I have a question about cantilever trusses, where the portion of the truss cantilevers past a support point such as a wall, do the forces in the truss top and bottom cord reverse/ i.e. where the truss top cord is typically in compression and the portion of the top cord that is cantilevered is in tension, and where the truss bottom cord is typically in tension and the portion of the bottom cord that is cantilevered is in compression.
