Around 9:33 , I think that's the input bus' auto input pulling the card into the bus. A solution to keep the laser on that face would be to go into the bus' UI and push the off button, that'll turn the auto input off.
@@Thaumiumking9 you can use a soft mallet to disable auto input (on the input hatch) and also while I'm here pls use the auto maintenance hatches, they're cheap af and requires no maintenance
17:38 there are 2 ways to make the patter provider quicker 1) make the recipe 64 hot ingots to 64 cooled ingots this will push 64 at a time instead of one at a time 2) add more co-processors to your cpus the more you have the more your crafts go at once
I didn't think about putting more in the patterns, but that makes sense. And if I'm doing so many crafts anyway then I don't need 1-1 accuracy. I'll probably add more co-processors anyway if that also helps. Thanks for the tip
@@Thaumiumking9 adding co processor like that won't help cause how they work is a bit more complicated than that (relatively, they're still quite simple once you know)
I also just made the Rotary Furnace and Blast Chiller. Very nice QoL investments. Have you seen the “dual” hatches? They can tidy up the ME pattern providers and remove the need for ingredient buffers.
I think the dual hatches are a 1.20 thing, because I can't find them. I hope I'm just missing something because that would be really useful, but I don't think they're in this version of the pack.
There is a mod that adds consistent backups so you can probably recover it in the backups folder. If your not able to, I am very sorry, I’ve been playing this mod pack and I’ve already spent almost 100 days and still haven’t made it to mv yet lol
@DaPrettyFungi I kind of maybe was clearing some space on my computer and deleted the whole instance from my launcher 😅 don't particularly feel like restoring a full system image just because of one Minecraft world
having higher tier input and output buses will significantly increase the efficiency of the Rotary Hearth Furnace, and the Blast Chiller as well, this way it can complete many hundreds of smelt operations in seconds, without needing to wait for the transfer limit.

@@Thaumiumking9 true, you should be using auto maintenance hatch after reaching hv, save yourself from the pain
@@Thaumiumking9you can also shift rightclick with a wrench to change the "auto-input" side, so that won't happen again.
love your videos hope you keep on making videos like this
Nice
Something else useful I found out recently. You can use expressions when modifying the quantity in AE2 patterns. e.g. 0.144 * 64
Ooh, that's cool. That'll save time updating the fluids for sure.

You can make patterns 64 times bigger so x64 input and output
Get ready to get like 16 rhfs and wait a long time because you arent on the latest version or get 1 and wait a comically long time for the stargate
5 minutes in and i already see multiple mistakes 😭
I'll address them after i finish watching the video
what version of star technology is this
Beta 10 Hotfix 4. It was the most recent at the time, and I'm too far gone to update now.
accidentally deleted my star technology world 😭
this was my furthest gregtech playthrough and i got to iv :(
