WOW THE TALENT IS BEYOND AMAZING she needs to do nail art ASAP! Wait a second elle est bilingue...! everything is explained now lol awesome video ladies!!
I once had an awful reaction with black henna, my hand and forearm swelled up and grew what looked like warts and not only did it look disgusting but it was horrifically itchy and it felt like it was burning, will definitely try this!
Yes! Same. I wasnt told not to leave the henna on longer than 3 minutes. I had left it on for 5 hours. It was a henna scab instead of a henna design, lol. Natural henna FTW!
+Aleayah Copier Black or White henna is not natural, and it burns your skin because of the chemicals inside of it. That's why it's black/white instead of the natural brown/green color. Natural henna is the way to go. I mean, I don't like telling people what to do, you can go and get black or white henna, but just a warning that it isn't healthy for your skin and it can scar/burn/etc.
This video was great! I would like to see more henna tutorials. If you decide to do more on henna, would you please show us how to apply the fixative of sugar & lemon juice. I've heard that you should cover the henna with plastic wrap after you apply the fixative, wouldn't that slow the drying time or smear the design? Solange is amaze-balls! She should call herself a pro even if she hasn't been doing it that long. That design was gorgeous. Looking forward to more videos. Thanks.
I love this. I remember searching on amazon for a good henna powder but never really purchased anything because I wasn't motivated enough. This video definitely helped with that. I'm gonna save it
I love this! I'm a fan of Solange work, she's amazing and it's hard to believe that she's only been doing henna in less than a year. This gives me so much hope! I have a natural henna powder, but I just use it right away after mixing it with water. I had no idea that it's supposed to be leave for a few hours first.. 😮 This video is so helpful. Thank you so much 😊
i am arab and i do my own henna all the time, just buy the henna powder and add warm water mix it together until it's a thick mixture. (Works all the time for me)
Omg this video is literally soo helpful, ive been looking for a video like this for ages. It has everything including links for where to buy henna powder, thank you!
it's so useful Seriously! because here in Pakistan it's hard to find natural henna with no chemicals.. My sister hand is still not good it's like tattoo on her hand because of severe burn
Where did you guys specifically get your kind of henna that you used in the video! I recently got henna done and loved it. I can't wait to try out this recipe!!!
you can mix 2 liquids together with absolutely no issue. many henna artists use a 50/50 mix lemon juice and water. your kitchen isn't going to explode. lemon juice gives stability and water gives speed. and it doesn't have to be one or the other. apple juice works. so does wine, tea and vinegar. and the temperature has nothing to do with the amount of sugar you use. it's all about humidity. the more humid your climate, the less sugar you need and vice versa. you should also mention rajasthani is a very stringy, snotty henna whereas jamila is very creamy.
This video was super helpful. I was a victim of henna burn and assumed it was an allergic reaction and thought I could never get henna again. It killed me when my family got henna and I could not. Also where can you buy the natural henna powder? Thank you so much!
This is such a great video I love this video but it's hard to make and find the ingredients so I don't know I'm still thinking about doing the glue and dye stain which is way cheaper and easy to find
Скажите, пожалуйста, сколько ждать высыхания Рисунка(хны), После чего Его сгребсти? И можно ли использовать использованную хну повторно?Тоесть развести ее как-нибудь или сразу в мусор?
it was great to see something new on snapchat takeover 😊😊 waiting for more 😘😘👍👍 N thanks sonalge for sharing this as much as i love henna the paste never comes out perfectly 😂😂 Can i ask hw long shall i keep the past to apply on a darker skin tone ? ❤ #snapchatfam
A stupid question since I am very interested to learn the art of henna, what happens after you finished the design? I mean when can you get in touch with water? And do we have to rinse the henna after it is dry?
can you be a little more specific about the after care? pleaaaase. I want to get this so bad. I bought the stuff and I've had it for literally like a month sitting in my closet ready to be prepared but I'm so terrified to fuck it up afterwards 😭😭
i read in some articles that you can get a reaction to natural henna too and it says on the packaging of the natural henna that it may cause some reaction
I would be scared ti use lemon juice on my skin. My skin once got stained from lemon juice when I was at the beach. My dermatologist said that any citrus fruit on skin will stain if the skin is exposed to the sun
I just bought henna at a local Indian store the sold henna in cones and boxes to be used as hair dye. I'm very nervous after hearing that store bought cones shouldn't really be used because of harmful chemicals in them, I don't know if I should still use the cone.. :(
Can this recipe be done without essential oils, since my friend is allergic to them? And how long does the stain last? Like without the fixative seal and with?
This is awesome but what do u mean but lemon juice and sugar after so u just put it on it right after henna is done and start peeling off then run coco oil? Did I say that right lol
my aunts used henna is the same color as the one u r using could that one be natural ? and I believe they used coffee to get brown hair and shinny grays
How do you deal with a paste that doesn't give you the pumpkin orange stain after the dye has released? I've left for an extra hour in total now and i keep going back to check and its still not giving me pumpkin orange rale a faint pale orange. can anyone help please?

Black henna isn't good for you. you should stick to brown or white.
Black Henna is not natural. It has had a chemical added to it. White also is not real henna.
+Holo I'm Lexi why not? I'm not being mean or anything. I just don't know why.

finally the wait is over!!! so glad you're making videos again💕💕
Thank you for making this video. It's so sad to see so many henna videos on youtube that use chemical henna instead of the real thing!
Love this so much! And so helpful!

I would be scared ti use lemon juice on my skin. My skin once got stained from lemon juice when I was at the beach. My dermatologist said that any citrus fruit on skin will stain if the skin is exposed to the sun
That's one amazing stain our back. How long did you leave the paste on for? Only my palm can turn that dark not the rest of my body :(
Hi Great Video! What is the name of the natural henna you use? :)
I just bought henna at a local Indian store the sold henna in cones and boxes to be used as hair dye. I'm very nervous after hearing that store bought cones shouldn't really be used because of harmful chemicals in them, I don't know if I should still use the cone.. :(
