The marshmallow bunny was made as the most hated character in the entire show despite this movie being his only appearance. He ruined the lives of the most beloved characters. He's the reason why Hos turned into a lonely, terrified, monster hunter with no future. He turned Mindy into a witch so that she can be blamed for ruining the world and worst of all he's the reason why billy is afraid of bugs, which in turn destroyed the relationship between Jeff and his father for a long time(to the horrible dismay of jeff, considering that his only family wants to kill him)
It took me all these years to see that love & hate on the big candy monsters hands might have been a Do The Right Thing reference. God the things they sneak in stuff like this

Apparently, the guy who’s now currently in charge of Adult Swim was once the Senior VP of Programming at Cartoon Network during the mid-2000s, and he hated Billy and Mandy, mostly for its crude humor and fart jokes (calling it a ‘hateful fart cartoon’), so as a result, Atoms’ contract wasn’t renewed and he was fired (around the same time Craig McCracken and Gendy Tartokovski left as well) Atoms has stated that he has potential ideas for shows, but since the guy who’s currently running Adult Swim is the same guy who fired him, it doesn’t seem like that will happen anytime soon.
