thank you Debra lyn, I learnt some essential tips that I need to include into my deeper understanding of depth an tube paints... brilliant light bulb moments for me ❤❤❤ 😊
@@debralynrosenbachart Isn't it that Florida, derived from Spanish, means flowers and bloom? Hope you keep giving us your bloom vitamins through the winter! Hugs.
Thanks so much Dede!!! Im a bit late answering comments, now with a container from 1600 miles away unloaded and Christmas behind me I can finally get focused and back to painting more!!!
That’s the brand i use. I find that the brand is not consistent…sometimes they have a small quilt, some times none…i think it depends on what manufacturer plant it comes out of, either one will work.
Ooooooooooh I lovvvvvvve the textures the salt created. Magnificent! It's so hard to walk away sometimes but it really helps.
Yeah, i can sometimes get caught up in the moment and get carried away, i think thats true for most of us…thanks for tuning in!

Awesome! Yes, you have to push those pigments and it has to do with the consistency of paint! Pan paint can only take you so far!
This is a very welcome colour burst in the midst of a snowy winter. And your eye for composition is amazing. Thank you!
You’re welcome! I live in Florida so color is around me 24/7

What an enjoyable way to wake up this Sunday morning. Watched it with my first cup of coffee. Now I can't wait to play with some salt!'
😂 Jane, I keep you busy!! At least salt is cheaper then art supplies this time.
Was just thinking the same thing! Wonderful Sunday!
Really spectacular!! Adding salt to an already amazing painting puts it over the top! 😍

Love it. Almost didn’t watch because I live in south florida and frozen stuff doesn’t inspire me, lol, but what a surprise painting. Thank you
I get it, I’m in south west Florida myself…it’s hard to wrap our brains around cold things when we’re sitting in the heat. Thanks for tuning in!!! 🌴☀️
So lovely🥰 best style as my art therapy. Calming and beautiful. Thank you ❤️

Thank you so much!!! 💕
Just wow!
Thanks so much
Another beauty!!!.
Thanks so much!
I hope I can paint something grand like you do in time!
You can achieve anything you apply you mind and time to…it takes a lot of practice.
beautiful result, can't wait to try this
Thank so much Doris!
Beautiful watercolor painting. Can you kindly give me the names & brand of the
watercolor paintings you used. Thank YOU!
what kind of palette are you using? (I love ALL the wells for paint!!). I haven't seen one like that in any of the stores or online(?)
This palette is AMAZING, I love it! The paint won’t bead up on it either. Its worth buy for sure. Here’s the link… amzn.to/3LmhOSM
Love the looseness! What kind of salt do you use, looks very fine! I will definitely try this out!
I used just normal table salt
What brand tissue are you using? I've found Scott 1 ply, but can't find any without some sort of design.

Debra This is so beautiful and loose! I really love it! What is the weight of the paper you use? Thank you for sharing your talent!!
Thanks Donna, its was painting on Fabriano Artistico CP 140# in Bright White
Thank you for answering my question!
I also noticed you didn’t tape this down. Won’t it buckle without taping when using so much water?
@@donna5659 i never have issues with the Fabriano Artistico paper, although I live in FL so that might help, as I don’t to fun the heater.
Indigo is my favorite, too.
Yeah, I might take a bath next. 😂
