Simon - All you had to do was run your fingers through the sea glass & I began to drool. Then the first time you said "bottle shard" I thought I heard "bull shark" & that was exciting too. For a hot minute. Your craft skills are evolving beautifully, I must say! This is one of your best vids.
The ceramic container at 3:20 is probably a pallet. Watercolor paints used to come in little individual containers like that. Northern Mudlarks have had quite a few of them on their videos.
At 22:46 I was exclaiming...WAIT! down at the bottom of my screen!!! A matching light blue bead to the one in your hand!!! Noooooooooo!!!! WAIT!!! Lol. Love to watch your videos and would give my eye teeth for a handful of itty bitty finds!
Hey there! Just a helpful tip- when stringing beads try dipping string ends in candle wax or hot glue. While it’s warm, roll between your fingers to create a point. It’s really helpful for me! Cheers!
Thanks for the tip. Another thing that helps is a Crazy glue. It is thinner and dries super fast. I had done this before but had forgotten about it thanks for the memory jog. I needed this the other day.💗
Hi Si ...That was a real treasure Island....And the beautiful beads all different colours...perfection. And I also love the shards of pottery and glass and not forgetting the bottles...And you bring everything back to life after they have been lost for many years...And the icing on the cake the ornamental Nelson....I absolutely love Cats. Thank you so much Si ...Your channel is my absolute favourite. 🐈🐈⬛ I absolutely love the bracelet..You see straight away the potential of what you can make of what you find.
Simon, the sea glass is beautiful! You can make a mosaic top of a table with these pieces, or a sign, and I am sure you can use your creativity to design so many possibilities. I would go back and collect as many as you can. Don't miss this opportunity!
Hi Simon. I love the sea glass. I would have filled a bag with so much glass for crafting. You're so lucky you live where there is so much to find. Thank you for taking us with you.
Please please please invite Northern mudlarks she gets so excited every time she finds a bead oh my goodness please invite them both and I'll be looking forward to the video I love all you medlar cuz you're all so awesome
Hi Si, your beads and doll parts finds would make mudlarkers Kit and Caboodlers green with envy! Gorgeous finds; I prefer the sea glass to be as frosty as possible as that means it has been in the water the longest. Dark purple is my favorite 💜
The Northern Mudlarks would have loved the beads and Manchester Mudlarks the handles of cups etc and dolls legs/arms. Loved all that seaglass.Great finds and love the bracelet you made xxx
It looks like there is a clear bead in the upper center at 14:57! Thank you for your videos, they've been a great combo of soothing and escape over the past 18 months.
I would love to spend an hour picking up that sea glass and adore the paint pan, now I will watch the rest of the video ;) The orange bead with the white core may be a special one, ask the Caboodlers. Awesome bracelet your creativity always impresses me. Thanks Si for another great video.
I though about a mold when I saw the paint cup. Nelson was very pleased to get a great looking cat from your hunting tour on that sea glass beach. This night I will dream of sea glass pieces. Your bracelet is very pretty. Have a great 2. Advent Simon!
Wow, what a lovely collection of sea glass. You can fill a bag then divide into smaller bags and sell them. Awesome piece, the dark blue and green. The little bottle is shaped like a dress. Ladies product? Your Thames piece bracelet is lovely, as is the cobalt blue piece. Lots of treasures in that area. Wonderful place to spend morning at.
What a great place you found Si, some lovely finds especially the amber bottle, lovely colour. Just a shame you had to drag your self away as I could have watched you all day. Take care now.
I seriously didn’t realise that seaglass was broken glass worn down over the years in the sea. I m amazed how smooth the pieces are. No idea how so much was in the one piece of beach!? Beautiful.

WOW, this location is beautiful! Random thoughts: I appreciate the way you show us some of your finds, and then leave them for the next mudlarker to also find. I really enjoy seeing the process and steps of your creativity in action. Great eye to cach that little black cat.

The little white ceramic box is an old paint box. The Northern Mudlarks love them and use them when they do their tiny artwork pieces.
