You going all the way out into the woods just to shout "penis" is what got the subscription from me. I appreciate a man whose sense of humor is stuck in the 4th grade. Like mine
Seems like a cylinder from a used aluminum fire extinguisher would be safer. Them used propane cylinders are disposable and susceptible to rust after propane is used up.
I had a Hart inflator with auto-off at the specified pressure (same manufacturer, TTI) and killed it quickly. I had plans, like that, but the pump is not designed for continuous use! There is no thermal protection, so the pump will keep spinning after melting the pump piston seals.
This Milwaukee has a thermal over temp sensor on both the motor and compressor head. Did a tear down in a previous video- also used it for 20 minutes straight to fill an empty big rig tire. She can handle a lot!
I wonder if an update was the reason I got it on clearance...i noticed Walmart does that, clearance defective products, because they still get paid when selling a bad tool as long as it doesn't get returned. oh well...i returned it and got the handheld pump without auto.
Every once in a while, you just need a little blow. If you want a small QUIET plug in compressor, check out Makitas Q series. I bought the smallest one, 1 gallon? It purrs as loud as 5 kittens. Thats about it. If ya need battery powered, this isnt for you. ....but buy one anyway. Designed i think for pinners and brad nailers, but it will do 1/4 inch crown staplers if you aren't doing production work. Its one of my better purchases. Sorry to hog the stage. I like your hack. Hack is a compliment. 👍
Good question. I’ve been using it around the shop for 3 weeks now and I’ve found the true limitation isn’t capacity, it’s flow. The propane adapter is quite restrictive. If you try it and it doesn’t drive the nail deep enough, i would try another tank style.
@@thedoubtfultechnician PVC is! It needs to cope with water pressure that frequently changes. It isn't designed for frequent abuse or UV. Make sure it is mounted securely, in a shaded area, and the mounts are flexible to allow expansion. a 2" tube mounted to the frame rail, under a truck, will get you 1 gallon per 6 feet, will be shaded, protected, and occupy unusable space.
Please, Do Not make your own compressor. They are not safe. I know a guy that chose the wrong tank. Blew his house and the neighbors up with it. The guy almost was killed. Sued obviously..
The cop using the taser instead of live ammo broke my immersion

"Empty itself out faster than a toddler with norovirus." made me spill my coffee! Pure poetry.
"Good morning and get ready for some stupid sh**"
I should make this my alarm ringtone.
Nice! With your "adapter" you can fill your tires with propane or MAP gas(you did NOT hear this from me).
Mmm good idea!
That bomb skit had me dying😂😂😂
1:18 I laughed so hard I gave myself a headache

You can buy refillable propane cylinders, so that's another option.

Awesome build! Now I can finally put that train horn on my Vespa.
I’ve just found your channel and I absolutely love it! please keep it up!
I build something similar a few years back. Instead of the 1# propane bottle I used an old fire extinguisher for the tank (after emptying of course).
Same fittings?
you're hilarious. looks like your channel hit the algorithm. much deserved
It was such a pleasure to find out at 1:18 that there's at least one person except for me knowing how to spend his time in the wild!
this is by far way too safe, I thought your gunna be refilling propane bottles with natural gas..
Cool new AvE channel 👍
Awesome ‼
What pressure did you fill the different tanks to?
What about the backflow from the cogitators membrane? Its never gonna photon dude
could do the classic "plugging a compressor into a gas generator"
I'm ready for stupid shit now that I know you can get fittings for those tanks. XD
Let's see more of that 3rd gen tho.

Great Job Bob
Funny I did the exact same thing with the $59 three gallon harbor freight compressor and the m18 tire inflator
I just drilled in taped NPT into the top of the tank
Also clean the tank out with soap and water before using
Nice Hawk Tuah
can it drive brad nailer?

@@thedoubtfultechnician just paint TNT or ACME on the tank please. Wiley coyote super genius
@@thedoubtfultechnician If the fitting has the meat increasing flow isn't a problem. Just jet it out some.
This is amazing.
Damn, all it took was to be baited by one thumbnail. Now, it won't stop.
Why not save weight with a 2" pvc tank?
PVC isn’t designed to expand and contract, and I wouldn’t trust it. Not that I trust the rusty propane bottle… hypocrisy 101

Try a GX Pump E-L2
Ave we have at home! SUBSCRIBED
AVE clone….. but extra funnier
There's nothing wrong with doing similar things. Someone having an idea, or project, and wanting to share it is not a bad thing.
im first not that anybody cares. another cool hack keep them coming!!

You sir are funny as fuck, subscribed
"They come in both genders" Oh snap, channel getting canceled xD
Dank hack
I got mine for 99 bucks
Are you at the same location as AvE or are you ripping him off?

Does this dude want to be the American AvE?
