      Very good idea (thou standard is prty low with this redemption round we had). I mean there should be something more for best dunker in redemption than just order selection. It was obvious all along who were 3 best dunkers in the tourney, and well one of them had to go to redemption round, and what if CJ would win than we value 1 good dunking session over 5 that Isaiah had? (I am not sain CJ is bad but well he was not tested) Current version would allow a guy to do nothing entire time and than just do 1 amazing dunk and buuum you are in semis.
      Also that shown here, while much respect to T Curry for getting here ... but with no offence to him he just got smacked, yes maybe they targeted him with their dunks, but his dunks did not even make other guys flinch (maybe kick one but honestly if he would win by that I think everyone would be super displeased)

    I think for DUNK Horse there should be few rules, no cartwheels (Or acrobatic stuff to copy like that because it is not really the dunk) and also no standing dunks (As it will put shorter dunkers at a disadvantage).

    • @Mikey_Anthony
      @Mikey_Anthony 2 года назад +1

      Agree with the needing rules and the first part, but the vertical should probably stay. I get your point, but realistically it’s a disadvantage for the shorter guy anyway, regardless of the type of dunk so it just is what it is.

      @@Mikey_Anthony While even a dunk horse with all running start would still be disadvantageous for shorter dunkers it's still not that bad as they can easily dunk on 10.
      But the standing dunk amplifies the advantage of taller people even more.. This is because you lose about 5 inches from your running max vert.

    Imagine doing a dunk that’s never been done before and still not making it into this round (Conor Barth). Isiah Rivera shouldn’t be mad tho Curries dunk was better than his and Rivera went first - you should always go last so your dunk is the last thing on the judges mind. I literally do this everyday for sales, ask a customer if they’re getting demos from any of our competitors and ask if we can be the last demo.

    This has to be the worst season of Dunk League. Outside of the dunks we've seen, everything else from the inconsistent judging to the weird format of the competition. First they should've allow more than one dunker come back from the Redemption round, also they should have D.U.N.K has a competition in the finals because no dunker under 6ft is gonna win. Plus it doesn't give enough opportunity for each dunker to display their versatility, plus Kilgagnon and Currie should've had a dunk off because the reward for the winner of the challenge shouldn't be just the money, but also the ability to avoid a dunk off.
    The judging has been the worst this year than ever because of the inconsistencies. Isaiah Austin flushef arguably the best and the most difficult dunk in the whole competition but was sent to the redemption round because he had multiple attempts, but they let Currie win after he had multiple attempts on his dunk. Whet the judges is inconsistent it gets into dunkers head and it makes them not want to perform their best stuff. I've watched every season of Dunk League and outside of the dunks we've witnessed in this season, this season is the worst.
