Love how jc really went for it at the end, he could’ve easy settled for a worse dunk and left it up to the judges Kilganon’s consistency is legitimately otherworldly
No he had to go for a big one cause if hee went for a small one he would've lost anyways. He had to make something really crazy to top off jordan's dunks

Jordan’s consistency is incredible! Arguably best 2 in the world got to duke it out for us. The future is now: Rivera, T.Currie, Dan Gross, 1 Foot God, etc. Cant wait for season 4 🙌🏽 thanks to all the dunkers for sharing their gift with us this season!

Kilganon,dupuy,staples,jclark and rivera are some of the most decorated pro dunkers in the world .. we gotta lot of rooks in this batch the excel so much hope we see them win this contest sometime
The crowd's hype can definitely influence the judges' decision so I think it is better that way.

The best season of dunk league so far. Every episode had never before seen dunks. The creativity and degree of difficulty was absurd.

Congrats to Jordan Kilgannon! Arguably one of the greatest dunkers of all time. Very happy for him and for all the dunk league competitors. This was the best season to date, keep up all the hard work.
Loved this and, even though the 2 dunkers in the finals were the most experienced, my takeaway from the season was how bright the future is for this sport. Psyched for season 4. My suggestions are: Maybe don't eliminate so early but let the first 3 or 4 episodes set the standings first. Also, on the rim height challenge, make sure the camera team is getting wide shots that include the floor in the frame. That episode looked underwhelming because the zoom-in mid-shots gave us no reference point for how amazing those were (often looked like someone just barely dunking). Maybe a 1 foot challenge. In the 2nd to last episode you could introduce the judging system where each dunk is given a difficulty value (like in diving or gymnastics) and is then judged on execution (this gives viewers a chance to learn about what makes some dunks worth more than others) and then use that system in the finals. This also might convince Isaiah to come back.
They could also throw in viewers/fans and have viewer/fans voting as part of the judging.

I feel this season, Isaiah Rivera really shocked me and improved a lot. As well as Jordan Southerland. Despite both having a sad exit they both really had shown growth and shocked me.

Love this program. The cinematography capturing all the best dunkers in the world is amazing! hope this gets picked up by a major tv network or somewhere where the budget can get even bigger and we can get all these guys more money!!!
This season was so good. I love the genuine excitement and respect the competitors show toward each other. If JC made that one, even on the third attempt, it would have been a tough call.
The judges had been penalizing the misses trough all the contest, so, it would´nt be that hard to pick Kilganon whom never missed a dunk this season.
@@xKaiser04 nah bro. Judges been so inconsistent with when they decide to penalise for missed attempts this season. A big reason as to why Isaiah announced his retirement
It makes sense to penalize a miss if two dunkers are doing the same dunk but otherwise I'd rather the best dunk win. If you penalize misses then we won't see the best dunks.

For the season 4 finale, it would be awesome if only their top two dunks counted. That way they could go all out knowing that if they have a complete miss like JC did here they still have their other two dunks to fall back on.
I agree. Based off of the 1st two dunks, I believe Jonathan was winning (or at least tied). Therefore if anything, by doing best two of three, then you tie and have a 1 dunk dunk off.
@@DavidJones-si8ig how was JC winning at all both the first and secound dunk of Jordan were harder. Between the legs over a guy with that height of a jump and elbow in the rim?? Than 360 with elbow in the rim... Jordan did a 360 scoop which is a really difficult dunk and the second dunk of clark was bassically the first of killganon but worse. Even if Clark made his third dunk he would've still lost cause a behind the back with elbow was gonna top off his secound dunk and therefore Jordan would've won anyway.
@@ati_st1629 I just watched again, and I double down on what I said. If anything, between both guy's first two dunks, it's a tie. If you don't think jumping over someone while taking the ball under your leg, WITHOUT SOMEHOW smacking him in the face and knocking out a couple of his teeth, then something is really wrong with your judgment of dunk difficulty and timing. Many things can go wrong by jumping over ppl stand up, and even more when you incorporate tricks while doing it.
Please start the next season ASAP! We need more of these!!!

@@romanpipkin5573 he still made it but not cleanly…I’d say it’s harder to do than Jclarks 360 elbow given the velocity, but it was evenly split since it wasn’t clean at that point.
