    Really in depth video on how to remove the fairings. Great work, showing us to not only work in a proper way but also be efficient and organized.
    I've had troubles finding the right spot in the front bottom part putting the fairing back on. Pulling up and to the front will give that a try this afternoon.
    Thanks for this video, you are very underrated as in you deserve more views and recognition.

      Glad you enjoyed it, and thank you for the kind words. The channel is slowly growing but Id have to agree with you 😂🙂. Sometimes especially after a long day the simplest little bolts can be super annoying to get back in their spots.

    Hey Man,
    Superb video, like the detailed way you explained everything,
    Need a small help, by any chance do you know the part no. for the under belly bolt you removed in this video, which connects the left side and right side underneath and it was a single bolt. Just checking if you could help…

    • @CHRGITUP
      @CHRGITUP  2 года назад +1

      Sup Bruh! Okay so I do have the part # for the bolt which holds the two fairing pieces together at the back near the rear tire. Just an FYI, this is the same bolt that holds the front of the fairing together as well. Hit me up on IG or TikTok and I can send you the images to make sure we are talking about the same bolt.
      Part #'s
      Bolt - 90111-05045 x1
      Bolt Retainer - 90183-050A6 (This is the piece that the bolt get's screwed into, just incase it has gone missing.)

    • @CHRGITUP
      @CHRGITUP  Год назад

      It really doesn't. That bracket is small enough where the heat dissipates quickly especially while riding. Also the OEM "rivet" screw type push pin is plastic.

    That hole for the slider in the fairing tho🤦🏽‍♂️….OES makes a no cut set

    • @CHRGITUP
      @CHRGITUP  2 года назад

      A bunch of other companies make "no cut" sliders... having the sliders go directly to the engine bolts is how they are designed to take the full force of a possible impact, no cut ones are not. 100% fact that a "no cut" slider will actually do damage to your fairings and the engine bolt(s) if it take an impact. Just because they are "no cut" doesn't mean they are better by any means.

    2021 R6....hmm thought I bought the last year made 2020?

    • @CHRGITUP
      @CHRGITUP  2 года назад +1

      "Japan" had stock left over from 2020 so Yamaha just decided to call the 2019/2020 builds as 2021's. There are R6's that are actually 2021 models and that are still being made, however, only for Europe and only for track purposes.
