@@the_fort_fam your welcome! Hey by he way, I finished the first book in the trilogy I told you about. In the first draft editing phase now. I still appreciate all the help you gave me trying to develop the main hero. I tell you what though. In the under ground battles he is forced to fight in, its kind of uniquely interesting the way he walks to a weapon rack before a death match and instead of grabbing a bladed weapon, war hammer or spear, the other fighters laugh and make fun of the boy (he starts out being 15) when he first grabs a broom and snaps the head off and is all like “I’ll use this”. LoL.. The voice of his training master back home reminding him that the Bo is the most reoccurring weapon in the world.. In nature, in society… Everywhere. When his battles begin as a captive of an underground fight pit, every time he walks into the pits the people haven’t seen him before usually laugh at his “little stick”. Later on his “Master/owner” of which they actually become friends, gives him a double bladed gold and silver gilded bo that he uses for a while. But trades it for the safety of he and his friends when the entire arena gets attacked by a fire breathing beast who is actually unaware but subconsciously looking for the boy. Saying he’d rather use a broomstick when he trades it for safe passage out of the underground fighting pits of which they were all fighting slaves. He’s modest of course lol..
Amazing.. I have a question for you, how many times did you hit your head with the staff until you got control of it? I spent 6 months learning it and I remember I almost concussed myself many times during the first 2 months or so. I really want to get back to practicing it.
While I am genuinely impressed by Noah's kata, I do have ONE nitpick to mention. Real ninjas did not wear black outfits. They were actually dark navy blue. It's a very common misconception so I don't blame anyone who thinks they wore black.
One question do you have any advice for anyone and everyone that do watch these videos because no matter what I think we would all like to know to what a great warrior would have to say
The last time I saw anyone use a bo staff if was ratan. Noah, your fluidity makes your staff look very light weight. What kind of staff is it? Or did you make it yourself? Have you used traditional Bo staves and would you like to discuss the difference between them in a vid here on your channel? I am not familiar with competition rules on weapons in your sport. I just recently got healthy again, bo staff was my weapon of choice back when I was 15. I got old though, lol. I am now a 48 year old grandmother! But yes that is me in the icon. I have lost 107lbs and leg press 480lbs. Still half way decent with Nunchaku but I don't have a staff anymore and yours is pretty so I was wondering about its stats. Just curious. Great video. You are an inspiration.
Thank you for everything you do. What style of karate/martial arts do you do? And what system? Mine is from American Open Karate System (AOKS) and American Open Style Karate (AOSK). Our karate/martial arts originated from Okinawa. Our Grandmaster Hanshi Jerry C. Piddington is the founder of American Open Style Karate and American Karate Academies National Association(AKANA) , 10th Dan. He is also Headmaster of American Shorei/Shorin Karate. My Instructor’s/Sensei’s are Ricky and Randy Smith. They are the founders of SideKick Karate, are 8th degree black belts in American Open Karate. They opened their first karate school and began teaching in 1976. Named The Gold Dust Twins by Karate Illustrated Magazine, Ricky and Randy were two of the top ranked fighters in the world and were crowned tag-team world kickboxing champions by the NKA in 1977. They were inducted into the World Martial Arts Hall of Fame in 1994 as Instructors of the Year. They are the founders of American Open Karate System. I received my orange belt today (7/8/21) at Sidekick Karate of Salisbury, NC. I posted a video of me receiving my gold belt which was from last year. I’ll post a new video soon. If you could go check it out, that would be great. Keep up the good work and don’t give up. Also our karate school might have been at one of the tournament’s you were at, maybe this year or last year we were at the same one.
you're very blessed to have started learning very young I wish I had had the opportunity to be able to do this but most importantly I wish I had the body to do this cerebral palsy sucks but congratulations to you on being able to do such a cool thing and I hope you can use it for something great
Mr. Nathan, do you train Noah yourself or y’all go to a martial arts school? Also, I know I already commented this in another video, but pls kindly include more videos of Lisa please… And and and maybe vlogging or Q&A videos? This will widen and connect to your audience/subscribers more…🤗 I’m an absolute fan!🥰
How much does your Bo weigh is the question that proves that that's not just a plastic twirl stick. Either way respect. But if you can't do it with the actual full weight Bo, then you're far from a master. Which is good because that means room for improvement! ☯️ Look into Jiang Yu Shan also known as Hisham Al-Haroun I hope I spelled that last bit right. Anyways that man is a legendary 9th level Dan. He literally can't go higher, he's protected Taiwanese presidents even as a foreigner, which is practical unheard of world wide
These Bo staffs are made for competition so obviously they are lightweight. As an owner of one of these it is more durable than you think (it’s made of wood on the inside still) and certainly does hurt if you mess up and manage to bonk yourself in the head or leg a few times. It’s definitely not on the level of a traditional hardwood Bo staff, but some use hardwood to train for speed so that the lightweight becomes faster for them, so there’s that as well
bro hes insane, but i have a question has he ever considered to practise like, the monkey staff (if thats the name) especially the move where you stand on it, like shaolin monks? would be really cool to see
You might never use this in a real fight, however... there is awesome use for your benefit man.. go or send the videos of yourself to audition for a role in movies.. i bet you can land some roles in MMA movies and even more
Nice.. but to me this is like the ribbons in gymnastics. I wonder if this guys ever done a single staff spar.. if he smacked me with it I’d very likely catch the thing and now the better tug of war player gets the staff. Im the tug of war champ so watch out
If you have a chance, please come to Indonesia for martial arts expedition / knowledge exchange. It must be great if you can meet some famous Indonesian master, for example martial artist from *"The Raid"* movie or some pencak silat master You can named your family / team as Satria Amerika or Jawara Amerika or Pendekar Amerika Satria (ID) = Knight (EN) Jawara (ID) = Champion (EN) Pendekar (ID) = Warrior (EN) All of this word are very common "nickname" for martial art in Indonesia
One more info i want to share, in Indonesia we have regular martial championship both in art & fight scene This video is just an example ruclips.net/video/690eKefhrqw/видео.html For other things like in this video you can search on youtube with "koreografi pencak silat" keyword (en: pencak silat choreography)
Just imagine this guy in a zombie apocalypse, the zombies with their two brain cells would just back of after this performance. Who needs a sword when you can swing that thing at the speed of sound. Just image the sound, its a warning, like a cobra, and its saying imma split you in half. Fuck magic, who cares about that, just make an anime with a guy swinging a stick at the speed of sound, it would be sick.
Great edit. The transition from the ninja to plain clothes was flawless, as are your moves! 😎
So true
You're so impressive! You have much dedication, and a lot of skill!
Thank you very much!
HOW did you learn all of that
Bruh it’d be like a dream to meet u irl and see these tricks in person lol HAHAHAHAH ;w;
And yeah, sick moves and edits!!
Thank you so much!
I swear man Noah here and his father Nathan are insane with the Bo. The entire family are martial arts masters! Glad to see a new video!

Spin that bo staff a little more faster. You will start flying.
Please tell me what staff that is
Its from total submission extreme bo staffs. you can contact them through their facebook page.
Nice.. but to me this is like the ribbons in gymnastics. I wonder if this guys ever done a single staff spar.. if he smacked me with it I’d very likely catch the thing and now the better tug of war player gets the staff. Im the tug of war champ so watch out

All he needs to do is pick up a stick and he's unstoppable
I want him to cosplay as Xiao from genshin and do bo staff stuff lol
So, basically, this Chanel is nepotism : the name is Nathan, but Noah does the job.
He definitely needs to get lessons from Master Ken
The only thing left is giving him a light saber
I really wanna learn how
its like the man sees in slo mo
sick
