Charlie is annoying (not to mention in the wrong). Patient's wife was aggressive and tried to attack Stevie since she would not calm down. Stevie had no choice but to ask them to leave. But she was smart enough to switch on her body cam and the facts were on her side.

As a doctor from India, i do see some ppl get violent especially in the ER.
But that is a behavior i have experienced from every ethnicity, every race in the world.
Ppl get scared. Ppl get annoyed, thats understandable. But ppl should also realise we are humans too at the end of the day. We can only tolerate upto a certain limit.
Ps. there is something very sinister about BBC always portraying Indian ppl as the 'violent' ones.
Their display of black and brown ppl has too many racist undertones to ignore.
British haven't gotten off their post-colonial hangover still.

Funny how a few decades ago they couldn’t even find an Indian actor for an Indian character and casted the darkest Sri Lankan with the thickest Tamil accent as a Punjabi Sikh character (Albert Moses as Ranjit in “Mind Your Language”) and now they went out of their way to cast multiple Indians in negative roles that too dressed in full traditional garb. The Brits will never change their ways.

Better wedding clothes tho, it’s a visual medium, so ofcourse they pick opportunities for better looking costumes. Not slandering Indians at all. Or would you rather go down the line of only portraying Indians in 100% perfect situations, that’s dehumanizing and boring. Better to show them as flawed and entertaining like everyone else. No more, no less.

    • @kk-ey2pn

@661 who cares about their clothes! And what kind of flaw is this? the groom is bleeding and the bride is yapping about her wedding getting delayed! so much so that she attacks the very doctor treating him! Is having patience dehumanizing?
Her reaction was weird! She wasn't worried about her gonna be husband as much as getting late. That's not a flaw, that's a mental disorder! Unless it is a normal thing for people in the west including immigrants!!!
