    This is excellent, Dr. Ryan! We’ve been eating variations of oatmeal and fruit almost daily for a couple of years now. Often we add some seeds or nuts but we never thought of the spice element, other than with apples alone. Thanks for the systemized approach and the tip about Cardamom. I’ll have to try it!

    I eat this breakfast every day without the dried fruit. My fruit are blueberries 🫐 and bananas 🍌 . I add the cacao powder and flaxseeds and chia seeds. Also, cinnamon.
