I was out this morning. My mind would not stop racing and I got an anxious and fearful. Missing my turns while driving. I put this video on and stopped and parked , and calmed down and my mind quieted . Thanks Sunny you are saving lives. I am sure of it!!!
What I am experiencing is that deeper I am going into my spiritual practices, deeper layers of fears are coming out which are just resistance to the flow of life and surrender. The more I let go of it, the more emerges and mind tends to create stories that it's not working while I feel it's working and it's the exact thing I need to experience to go deeper with in myself
Thanks so much Sunny. Your meditations are very helpful. I like how in many of them you are pointing out the traps as you go along. It's really helpful as previously I have found that after 5 minutes I've lost focus on the meditation but it's great you point out what you're mind might be saying at the moment.
