Just one thing to mention Gildii. There are 3 different possible routes travelling from Derelik through Minmatar space to Jita. So, there's always a chance that the pilots won't end up at the same gate when autopiloting in a Fleet on route to Jita.

That is true, haven't thought of that, now that I think of it, we had people get lost due to different preferred setting or avoidance list. But I havent thought that autopilot can randomly choose routes for same settings

This is a cool trick, never thought about using it for a fleet or multi boxers.
