One thing I discovered while doing the drone sites, is that it's very handy to have a ship with a cloak, because you will often be hunted. I used a max range (tracking computer plus locus and targeting rigs) beam Coercer with a prototype cloak. It's more expensive than the cormorant fit, but it does more damage even with one turret less and one can warp back to a safe and cloak up if someone lands on grid.
That is a good tactic if you want to survive. I made the cheap and cheerful cormorant because all you need is 1 drone, then it does not really matter if someone catches you
Another great video. Going into Pochven as a new player might seem too dangerous but getting positive standings with trigs is easy and you only have to do it once. Well done in explaining every step.
Great videos. Keep it up. Keep covering more of these basic videos. I also like how you explain activities and the details of how to do them without putting me to sleep and also showing how to do them with the level of risk.
I try my best to keep those videos bite sized, but also give the bare basics for people that see this content for the first time, and maybe what routes you can take :) Thank you for the kind words
I did most of my trig standings bump with most of my toons with a Maulus. T1 drones. Basically no skills as the toons were not combat skilled. You only need to kill 1 drone, you really don't need a lot of DPS to do it. Anything with range works, but I would advise not to use the classic long range dessies as that is the 'meta'. The PVPers knows what your doing and how to kill you. Nobody expects the Maulus let alone knows how to kill it, let alone decide to go out of their way for a 1 million ISK ship.
Maulus? Did you damp any potential pvpers to avoid fights with that? It sounds interesting. Now, trigs no longer attack in hs if you are neutral, so it is not as popular to grab standings, but if you have a little practice with a kiting ship like a corm, it is quite easy to get the 1 needed kill before anything happens
@@GildiiAuscent Don't remember having to use the damps. Did not need the range. Warp in at range, their frig drones are fast and will catch you soon. Just align to a safe and when the first drone dies, call drones and leave. Doing the thing is not hard, its just intimidating for those that don't live there. Its spooky!

I got more from all the tips than i did from the titled content, great video!
Well, thanks?
@GildiiAuscent I meant that as a compliment the titled content brought me here and you definitely delivered that
Ahhh, glad to hear that, I was just not sure :D

It is a permanent red, spooky, halloween space, suprised trigs didn't have references to pumpkins somewhere
