Let's make this clear for everyone. That's NOT Gwen Stacy or any variation of Gwen Stacy in the multiverse AT ALL. That is a different character who goes by the same first name. Gwendolyn Poole aka Gwenpool.

For those wondering how old she is, in Unbelievable Gwenpool #24, Gwen mentions that Batroc the Leaper debuted 35 years before she was born. Since he first appeared in 1966, it would that Gwenpool was born in 2001. Also meaning that right now, she would be either 18 or 19. According to Christopher Hastings, he later stated he was under the impression of settling on Gwen being 18 years old. Her birth month is most likely June.

I actually really like this story. I don't get the hate. Great art style, especially in her solo comics, partnered up with funny dialogue makes for a great comic. Plus I found the story to be very enjoyable.

Read her new solo issue and I enjoyed the comic, especially the second half when they changed art styles that matches the cover as that a better fit, IMO. Not a fan of what happened to her in the end cause I like the concept of a regular girl from "our world" just running around being a superhero and not worry about the consequences. That's the main attraction and they're trying to take it way?
It kinda defeats the purpose of such a character.
Uuuhhhh...I don't know if I'm going to like or hate "gwenpool",maybe if the back story is explained a little bit more, than MAYBE. But the truth is,I'm tired of recycling different people to take over different powers from original characters. Has anybody else ever heard of originality?? The same old,old, DOES get old. HOWEVER,the narrator was on point in telling the story.😊

That pretty much got redcon out a long time ago, cuz nobody likes it. also their were ment to be peters kids but the people of marvel didn't what a single father Peter so they said Gwen had an affair instead of just saying cloning or something.
Oh I know it's not canon anymore. I just don't understand why everyone likes Gwen so much. But I started reading Spiderman way after Gwen's death so I always see him with the redhead in my mind anyway. Not to say that's right or wrong, just that I just wonder why she's so popular.

+Drace90 It was a marketing thing that took off at the start of 2015. In the Spiderman stories there are different versions. One version is Gwen Stacy who survived and not Peter Parker. Everyone fell in love with the design and she got a comic, then they made all kinds of versions and Gwen Pool was considered popular.

Because the Gwen Stacey variant cover for Deadpool's Secret Secret Wars sold really well so they gave her backup stories in Howard the Duck until she got her own Christmas special one-shot (in which she doesn't appear until it's almost over) and that sold really well so now they're giving her an ongoing series
