I’m not gonna lie but Lani playing both Vegeta and Piccolo is an honor to Chris Sabot’s roles, but adding Krillin is just a beautiful addition to his skills in dubbing
I think in lani and Kaiser's commentary they said it's vegetas imagination because his by himself but disappears when he starts being around other people
@@kainthedragoon8081 It does strongly suggest that he actually was a ghost, but there is also a possibility that it was a cruel coincidence from an in-universe standpoint.

False sir, Ghost nappa comes back one final time after goku beats recoome and asks if vegeta lost to him and then ghost nappa tells vegeta to say he fell down some stairs
If I had a nickel for when the main crew says Ghost Napa doesn’t come back after this scene I’d have two nickels. It’s ok though, I forgot about the flight of stairs joke too.
When I first watch this episode years back, I honestly thought that Vegeta was going to kill Krillin right here, and you guys would’ve edited him out of the saga.
It did, but they've talked about how it really didn't work with Vegeta since his best moments are his interactions with others directly. Nail and Kami in Picoolo's head works better due to Piccolo often being alone and Piccolo's character traits working better.
I feel like Ghost Nappa's rarity is a big part of the reason he's funny. You never know when he's gonna pop in & makes things worse & neither does Vegeta.
I like to imagine if they ever did the Buu saga, Majin Vegeta would be very similar to this but in a more calm and concerning way. This is not me saying “BUU NOW”, I completely understand why y’all stopped and absolutely don’t mind if it never happens, it’s just me talking what if’s and stuff
Anyone else looking forward to seeing 👀 him reflect on episode 26 where Vegeta got blasted by Krillin and Screams "you are so punched 👊" as he's falling with a gaping stomach wound?
I don't know where the rumor came from that Ghost Nappa never comes back after this, but he definitely does. He's the one who tells Vegeta to say "I fell down some stairs" when Goku asks him how he got so beat up.
0:05 Reading about how most accusations end up being false , I always find myself thinking those who make these jokes are actually Chomos trying to throw attention off themselves .
Catholics touching kids….. “good joke” but zarbon POTENTIALLY touching Vegeta when unconscious “Not the best joke” I fail to see a distinction between the two.
To the editor: Yes ghost Nappa does come back one more time after Goku asks Vegeta why he's so beaten up, and Ghost Nappa suggests he fell down some stairs. I forgot what episode. I'll come back with an edit for the episode and timestamp. Edit: Episode 21 @3:55.
Somehow most of Lani's best scenes end up being him talking to himself
that's because it feels like lani plays half the cast
did he play the grunts in the Lord Slug movie?
I like to call that the "McFarlane effect"
Any time Vegeta is talking to Piccolo is up there in my book.
Fitting, considering Vegeta in this scene
As pointed out in the main commentary, Ghost Nappa comes back one more time.
"You fell down some stairs"

"Lanipator Plays Both Characters in This Hilarious DBZA Scene"
Do you have the slightest idea how little that narrows it down?
Knowing that Lani is constantly talking to himself with how much Krillin and Vegeta talk in DBZA is hilarious.
This is exactly why Vegeta shows up in the Krillin Plays videos.
“I think your rage broke, vegeta.”
I just love something about that. Even the ghost of nappa was worried about the sod.
SHUT UP, GHOST OF NAPPA!!

Lani actually sounds like two different people, though.
You know it’s never actually confirmed whether or not ghost Nappa was actually his ghost or a figment of Vegeta’s imagination.

1:42 Ghost Nappa does come back when Goku shows up to tell Vegeta he fell down some stairs
With context
That line from Krillin "who are you talking to ?" Is even more funny
right up there with
"accept some honor in defeat"
"must be great from that glass house of yours"
But he comes back for "you fell down some stairs"
As Lani and Kaiser noted, Ghost Nappa DOES have one more line after this. The “Fell down some stairs” line right after Goku arrives on Namek.
"Especially you, Nappa!" has been stuck in my head for years, the delivery is just too good
I want DBZA to get the "Garfield without Garfield" treatment, except with Nappa.
Makes me think of Scott McNeil arguing with himself as Rattrap and Dinobot in Beast Wars.
Wait he was both of them? That's freaking legendary.

"So Vegeta, did you get beat up by this guy?"

"...ya fell down some stairs"
