Would love to see more of these properties closer to the train station, with no car required and walking distance to all amenities. If they are located way up in the mountains certain feet above sea level it would be difficult in terms of renovations and moving around if there is no car. Love to see some houses closer to Town in the village
Great places! Thank you so much for finding the places that are so close to train and busses. I would love to have a vacation place in Italy but I don't want the hassle of having to rent a car. I would love to see more places that are close to public transportation.
@jacquelinedickey8852 You're welcome Jacqueline! I'm so glad you liked the places. I totally understand wanting a vacation spot without the hassle of renting a car. I'll definitely keep looking for more properties near public transportation.
this channel stands out as it has property picks were they have transport so no car needed -my pick is the last one- keep them coming from all regions of italy .I am luck to have worked twice in ROME them Milan but my favorite place was Ivera
There nice but I'm looking for something that would be in a warmer area come winter. And smaller towns /village. Places with around 4000 people max. No big cities.
I’ve had a question about sound suppression in the various building types, as my husband works from home and has trouble staying on task with a lot of noise. I’m assuming the thick walled stone homes would be the most quiet, but appreciate your thoughts.
Thank you for your comment. Your husband will not have any issue in a stone house. I stayed in a 200 years old stone house in city centre of Lucca (busy street), I was worried as I am a light sleeper, I didn't hear any noise and I never slept better.
In future please show maps for a longer period of time and omit the plane flying (we are very familiar with a plane flying) the information re the train is excellent as I personally am looking for a place that a car would not be necessary because the Italian requirements are complicated. When you mention close, please state distance. Twenty years ago I could easily walk 3 miles and could consider that as close, but in my 80s would want to be no more than a half mile walk from public transportation and grocery.
Hello, just subscribed to your channel. My dream to move to Italy one day 🙏 other than being retired or owning a business, is there another way to move to Italy? Thank you
You have to pay cash first of all. Also the taxes are out of this world so look into it unless it is your first and only home. Businesses are also taxed to death…. :) but you can do it.

@MonsieurLabbe Thanks so much for your nice comment. The train station is cute and convenient.
There is no train station in Fascia di Carlo- only bus service

Had know idea that they had such affordable properties in Italy and I like the architectural characteristics of the homes.
@derricklangford4725 I have been looking for a home in Italy, Spain, Greece and France but as for the affordability and features Italy always wins.

Thank you for the video. I am saving money to buy a house in Spain, but I think Italy is more affordable.

You can actually pause on the map!
You are going to want to be near a hospital, at your age.

@mz1860 Hello thank you for subscribing! From April 2024 there is Digital Nomad visa option in Italy, renewable every year.
@@ExpatTheExplorer thank you for your response!!
Way up in the mountains in the middle of nowhere, no wonder they are cheap.
@davidzof After living for 20 years in metropolitan cities around the world I wouldn't mind to live in middle of nowhere 😃
l would like a property in Cinque Terre if there's an availability...thanks.
@germelinaobrien5277 Thank you for your comments, there are properties in Cinque Terre but there is nothing under 100K unless it's a total ruin.
I wonder if these are auction type houses. If they are good luck.
@traciannveno They are not on auction. I wouldn't want to get in that sort of houses.
hi. How can i get in touch with a renowned agent for buying an airbnb type property
