I like this easy way, only problem is, I know cassava is filled with starch so even if I use the blender to make it easy, I wouldn't blend with the milk, I'd blend with water and strain off the starch then add milk.
In the video you say 1 teaspoon of baking powder but the recipe you attached says 1 tablespoon. Which one is it? Nice simple recipe. Thanks for sharing.
In Haïti 🇭🇹 we call the bread we do with the yoca, cassava...Not the yoga itself. And the dessert 🍮 we do with the cassava...we call it cassava pudding. It’s one of the best Haitian dessert. Yummy 🤤. But I did appreciate see a different recipe. Thanks
What’s yoga? we Jamaicans 🇯🇲 consider this dessert as well and we have two different recipes with the same Cassava one is made in oven the other on stove top we steam boil in a pot on a rack none with lemon flavor I don’t know how u guys make it in Haiti but cassava bread for us is call bammy and it look like pan cake
