If the user is using outlook they need to make a new profile as I understand - otherwise the old email address will still be shown even after a login prompt from outlook. Is there a slicker way to do that instead creating a new outlook profile ?
I encountered this error after I completed this process and tried to save. Error: Error executing request. An Azure Active Directory call was made to keep object in sync between Azure Active Directory and Exchange Online. However, it failed. Detailed error message: Unable to update the specified properties for on-premises mastered Directory Sync objects or objects currently undergoing migration. DualWrite (Graph) RequestId: 29b889c2-4354-49b2-9e12-c5e8bb52724e The issue may be transient and please retry a couple of minutes later. If issue persists, please see exception members for more information. Kindly assist. Thanks
