My hair density & thickness has reduced a lot from the upper part of my head, my hair become too much thin, my hair falls when I apply rice water and massage my scalp gently, when I shampoo my hair or even when I comb my hair my I see hair fall over my shoulders, I could see my scalp due to thin hair and hair fall, please suggest something potent, if fenugreek water than only fenugreek water or as per your second recipe rice and fenugreek water, for rice water do we need to ferment the rice water overnight? Or only fenugreek water, at present am using rice water plus rosemary oil but as of now there’s no result, expecting an honest solution from your end please.🙏🏻
Use coconut oil with fenugreek seeds and kalonji seeds
