Happy to be back with a video, after exactly one year !
Healing from an elbow tendinopathy is really slow. Now it feels fine right elbow, but gotta be careful left side...
I also ruptured my left knee's ACL two months ago while snowboarding, I was offered surgery but after a lot of reading and taking opinions, I decided to try to go for rehab only, and it's working fine for now.
Tall Factor : Quite scrunchy at the lip but it's really easy for 7A, everybody got to tick this one off =)
