$1000 TRACK! Why it's named....

- Опубликовано: 6 июн 2018
- We went down the West Coast of Tasmania to tackle one of the hardest tracks Tassie has to offer - Thousand Buck Track. They reckon most vehicles will do at least $1000 worth of damage when tackling this track.
With Fallen trees, bog holes and massive rutts, this was one unforgettable adventure that pushed everyone on the team to their absolute limits!!

4: 4WD Action -the Best show on net ever
The 1000 dollar track is not how much damage you will do:-) :-) :-) but what your 4x4 rig will be worth when done :-) :-) :-)
lol
exactly
What happens if you take a 500 doller 4by on it
Life hacks?
Wow, Id be making money on my Jeep then 😄😄
That’s what I was thinking 😂
It put a smile on my face when i saw how Graham reacted when they called him, it shows how much really those guys love and respect and care for each other
"I was born ready."
Goes side ways into the ruts and half sinks his car.
Saharian and newly rolls
His the worst driver ever
He's a fuckin moron that guy... Bezerka... Pls
The guy above me is gay
Y’all salty bc he got a rig u could only dream off lmao
You guys should do over seas specials for example, New Zealand/America would be good comparing the Aussie tracks and 4x4 drive culture to the rest of the world and seeing where it is different :)
Keep up the good work! I’m keen for more and more content! Big fan!
jordan harrison do Canada... Plenty about usa already
You can't drive these trucks through water that deep.
Jordan definitely NZ

Guys, I'm sure that I don't have to tell y'all this, but you all have to really appreciate the fact that y'all really live in and have constant access to paradise. Forget islands in the Caribbean, forget Fiji, forget Samoa, that big rock in the South Pacific is where it's at when it comes to beauty, friendliness of the people, 4x4 paradise, and all-out wonder. If you can dream of it, it exists in the Outback, Tazzie, and Na Zeelin. I've never been there, but I get to see the areas that almost all international tourists never get a chance to view through these awesome videos. Thanks to you all gentlemen! Cheers!
You guys rock. Great 4 wheeling camping & cooking over a open fire that is a great time. I recommend everybody try it you will be hooked. Just always be prepared and use safety.
There’s nothing I can’t do in my hzj75 troopy with rear locker.. except the speed limit.
As an amigo owner, I feel this to the core.
I do alot of off-roading my self here in Georgia but I like watching these to see the difference in what they build for off road compared to us.
This is fast becoming one of my favorite RUclips channels. Wish we had tracks like this back here in the United States.thank you very much for the Epic content!
That looked a like a normal trail here in the northeast
There are some places in Moab Utah. There’s a few runs here in Canada that we like.
I live on a 166 square mile island.. imagine how I feel 😂
Go to Tennessee in the smokies
@@tedkejick7569 Some down here in AZ too. But not that level of wet and sand. Or the ditches.
Thumbs up for the camera crew.. awesome job!
Wish I had friends like these guys humble down to earth
I have to say went wheeling for the first time yesterday. Im in love with the hobby. Wow im gonna be spending a lot of money.
I have been loving these free episodes. My only thing is that I wish there was a quick note on screen about when they were filmed.
Date stamps would be great
Jttv i
why does it matter
It’s from a while ago because it’s when they still had the 80 series camera car. They’ve got the old Patrol now
Billy K well it gives others a good idea of a good time to go? lol plenty of reasons to give a time stamp.
Lol graham turned straight to Steve irwrin when he seen the snake
😂😂
I thought the same thing. Lol
Lol kinda did, but good Ol Steve woulda picked it up and treated like his best bud. Graham had the same reaction I woulda had. A moment where I bout crapped myself, followed by "well THEY went that way, I'M going this way" lol
Danger danger danger
I'm a simple man: I see a 4WD Action upload notification, I watch a 4WD Action video.
Barney is great ! we wanna se more of him and his hilux.. keep him round shauno.!!! Go 4wd ACTIOOOOOON!!!!!!
MeekMill Crip I agree he is so entertaining and a great driver 👍
What a fuck wit.
Better than nick that bloke looks like he hates himself
Thanks mate! Really appreciate that - stick around. You haven't seen the last of me 😉
@@missmystery22 Legend! Thank you 😎
Hell yea! What an epic trip, tackling only toughest tracks , with the upmost toughest crew and toughest rigs! Love seeing these videos when I get home from work, definitely makes my night!
i love watching these guys ive been watching them for years! they take normal vehicle with less than 6 inch lifts and 35 inch tires thru anythiny and everything they show u thats u dont need a giant cammed trucks with 54s to have fun! i love you guys keep up the videos one day i hope to come and ride with yall!
Hello from the states! Much love for what you do! Always happy to see these uploaded!
Keep it up guys!! Hello from California!! Love what you’re doing and enjoy watching!! Wish I were there with ya guys!!
The way you awesome blokes present it is almost like a mission to take something somewhere but it’s a way of life keep on doing what your doing
34:08 I love this transition it makes it look like hes tipping the egg off the top into the grill
"I was born ready" nek minit...
If I had a dollar for everytime I did that hahaha
These videos are the only reason i come on youtube now, best 4x4 channel out there
Amazing track & just such a pretty bit of country thru there, absolutely loved the episode!! Thanks for sharing an incredible adventure. Cheers guys from Calgary Alberta 🇨🇦
Thanks for watching mate
Hey YYC, have you tried aome of the trails out by Cateract Creek near Peter Lougheed?
i feel lucky just discovering this channel now! I have so much content to enjoy!
Obviously, Cooper tyres didn't pay their sponsorship fee...
Wouldn't put free coopers on my truck. Worst tyre I ever used
@@Hoonz81 why so ? In russia we consider them as good universal thing for everyday use and occasional 4wding in the mud.
@@Hoonz81 Yea I agree with Mitralex. Coopers are a good universal tire, obviously they're no bridgestone, but still they aren't a super cheapo either.
@@mitralex @ImaITman in 2000 I bought 5 brand new STTs and had 4 out of 5 de-laminate while doing 100kph. After doing some research found this to be a common issue. Went for warranty and got zero service because they had been "offroad" where I live all the roads are dirt.
Also the tyres had less than 10000km on them
Since then I've had great success with good year MTR, BFG MT and currently on my 4th set of Mickey Thompson ATZ P3.
I use to run Cooper Discovered all the time but I kept having blow it's and could not figure out why until Cooper done a tire recall in 2001 for defective tires that delaminate during driving. I would be 4 wheeling and would end up having to be towed bc my tires would blow. After that I started buying General Grabbers and I loved them.
What a track that was!! 💪🏻
Love your truck and is swanho a good cook?
Can’t wait to watch this when I finish work what a great way to start of a long weekend.
Awesome video ... makes me miss all the fun I had with my buds when we were younger before we all moved apart
Thoroughly enjoyed that episode! Thanks gents
What a great series cheers from Tampa fl 🇺🇸 USA
Cheers. Greetings from Slovenia 🇸🇮😎
Man. You guys. Awesome filming, awesome voice overs, awesome story, awesome editing. Love the channel.
21:00 this is GOLD. Thank you. Best advice I could ever find.
hit the nail on the head Graham - 'it is as good as it gets'.
I love these free videos it's so great to see you boys out and about makes me want to jump in my four-wheel drive and go keep up the good work keep the videos coming
From watching this channel on here .
I'm buying a 4wd after watching these amazing trips
Great vids fellas - after all these Tasmania tracks I’ve watched you guys battle through I’ve worked out my one and only modification needed - portals🤣 actually make that two, a winch. We’re so lucky in Australia.
Another awesome video guys! Tassy reminds me so much of New Zealand aswell haha need to get out and find some tracks like this.
Yeeeeeww love this free episode every Friday
Geez Tassie looks exactly like NZ,minus the snakes and 'Stralians! Cheers for the friday arvo adventures
Came for the four wheel driving, stayed for Seano’s cooking segments
Looks just like every track in NZ... Untill I saw the tiger snake.
Bugger that
Ben Whitmore yeah mate looks kinda like Milford sounds or the catlins down south. I haven’t done much up in north island so not sure about that really
shit yeah mate, those cunt heads at DoC put a locked gate every track where they find a lolly rapper or maybe once saw a bird, now there's only a select few tracks in the North Island open to the general public, and they're always been cut up and fucked by every moron from Auckland with an illegally modified truck running 33"S or 35"s at 40 psi.
Every track on the west coast is like this and most are open, it’s so good
Yep - Thats why I own a mountain bike. Easier to jump over the gate. Would love to have tracks like this to drive :(
Tiger Snakes aren't a danger unless you fall or step on one. They keep out of your way.
Y'all got it made. As a man that loves the outdoors and wheeling I'd almost sell my soul or cut off my own nuts to be able to do what y'all show in your video's.. So much awesomeness! Cheers!
Love you shows always hit the like button before it even starts thanks mates for the northwest of the United States keep it up
absolutely love the show..as an FZJ80 owner.. I love what you have done to the 30.. nice rig..
This is by far the most wicked episode
Haha the bloopers at the end are classic... That $1000 track though, far out. Awesome stuff fellas 👌
thanks for doing all this free ep! loving it guys!
epic track guys, loved the DVD a while ago and just had to watch it again
what a way to forget a stressful week. nice video!
Im amazed I have not found this channel yet, great content, great quality. epic.
I just watched a hand full of a competitors videos, 4×4Australia and they are good.....
You guys are excellent. I'm more of a jeep guy but I love your rigs I love the cooking clips and all your success and failure clips (well balanced). 4×4Australia has a ton of failures and it definitely good to see (and recognize their lack of safety) recovery techniques.... I'm a pro a tire repair now seeing a few of their videos that had 6,000 tire repairs in 3 treks.
Keep up the good work boys
From Sedalia, Colorado, USA
fantastic!!! enjoyed this episode a lot. I wish we had tracks like this in my country...or at least a bit like this. I like the trucks too. Different than most of US stuff out on youtube with jeeps and chevys and alike. And sice this track is about damage costs, if I can add my two cents...I'm not from the States, I'm from central Europe so I think I can consider myself unbiased in this matter. We kind of enjoy both of the worlds.... jeeps (wranglers and cherokees) and defenders, discos, patrols, pajeros, vitaras and such. I own a '97 cherokee xj which is considered lesser an offroad vehicle mainly because of its light-duty design which means I get overlooked and laughed at often especially by patrol and landrover guys. Set aside what is better and why but in terms of repair and maintance costs, jeeps are no way more expensive then the rest of the group in these parts of the world. I would say equally expensive. Like there is no offroader that you get parts for for cheap. Maybe old suzuki samurais or lada nivas but that's about it. Everything else is expensive and "used" on ebay and your own fabrications are your best mates. Offroading is an expensive hobby and it is never good to break anything whatever you own. Anyway, a great video! Keep the quality up, Cheers, Martin
Martin Vojta I was into wheeling here in the states and used to be I could pick up everything I needed at the local pick-a-part. Now I can’t even find Cherokees in the yards. I still have plans to rebuild a 1990 two door Cherokee Laredo. Love the older body style, your lucky to see the other types of vehicles.
I was gunna go to bed....ahh fuck it I'm up, gotta watch 4WD Action every Friday!
You guys are great to watch. I’m ready to ride shot gun with you Shawno!! Keep up the good trail runs. Love the dinner time coverage 👌🏻👍🏻! Cheers from 🇨🇦🇨🇦
encore une superbe vidéo. merci de nous faire partager tout ça. :-) et continuez comme ça
Unreal, awesome, unbelievable, brilliant and just too good. Well done boys.
Awesome video guys! A lot of funny moments! Shauno is the best campsite cook I ever saw...))), track was a huge challenge to the trucks. In the end of the video, funny moments are epic. Waiting for new episodes. Thank you guys!
Wow I love these vids you guys get into some bad stuff. We do the same here in ga USA on the southeast coast. Keep up the good work !!!
Love the tassie videos
Thanks for making recovering from ear surgery a little more interesting fellas! Stuck in bed, but enjoying some epic 4wd action!
Nearly all my 4 wheel driving is on my own... you've got to be pretty adept at self-recovery for some tracks :)

Keep up the good work, really been loving these episodes.
Was waiting for it made my weekend:)thanks team
I will NOT go off road without 2 sets of Maxtrax! They are worth twice their weight in gold! I'm loving these episodes!
Weird focusing issues with some B-Roll, but still loving it! These videos are inspiring, thank you!
I wish i could do this more. Excellent job guys!
Epic as always, pure escapism.. Got a proper fright when graham had the tiger snake encounter lol
