Those products worked very well on both of you. Mielle has been on my list of products to try. I always become a product junkie during the winter time when my normal products don't seem to work as well because it is so cold and my hair is soooooo dry. So this might be a good time to try the Mielle line. That was really a nice touch TaylorAnne to come back on at the end of your video to let us know how the products fared on second and third day hair, that is important. That could be a new feature?! LOL. I truly appreciate your product reviews. You both an amazing job. Much love.

Absolutely correct in your assessment Lori - have to chose items within a line that are geared for not only your hair type but also how you wear your hair(IMO.) For instance, I don’t wear my hair in wash-n-gos, only coils. However, I respect you ladies opinion and expertise; so I can still pick and choose items from your recommendations, just keeping in mind how the product will work for coils(after reading up on them😉.)

Love how it turned out. I love getting more days out of a wash n go rather than redoing my hair everyday. Shorter curls are just as beautiful as elongated curls. I agree that Length is not always better

Hi ladies. I have finally bought some Mielle products. I like the babassu shampoo and the deep conditioner. I like the brazilian curling cream and the honey & ginger gel, that is a good combo. I used the co-wash on Thursday and I did not like that at all, no moisturization, it looked poofy and my hair wasn't detangled either. Then I used the pomergranate & honey leave-in, it was so moisturizing and the smell was so lusciou; I followed with the curling custard, that too smelled incredible. I wanted to stick a spoon in the jar and eat it. The results could have been better, but I think it was because of the bad co-wash, so my base wasn't good, I will be trying it again. A product that looks that good and smells that good, has got to be good!!!!

I ❤️ this! First things first...💦😂🤣 I'm sorry, but am I the only one that says it with MAD Curls? I love that! I have the Mielle Babassu and Mint deep conditioner but haven't tried it yet. I also have the Honey and Ginger gel, but don't really like it, I might have to revisit it. I can't wait to try this line though, just the leave-in and custard. I really like your results; and yes, LoriAnne, it's not about length, though it's nice when you reach a certain length, but I focus mostly on my scalp's and strands health. Right now, I'm experimenting with herbs 🌿. Thank you, TaylorAnne for showing your day 3 results, very nice 👍🏽

I met you two at Texture on the Runway!!! Yes! This line smells amazing! I recieved the leave in and the souffle in the swag bag too. I love my wash n' gos with those two. I have curls for days with it! However, I love the shrinkage with this custard and I feel the same about a cast. So I will have to try this. I never understood what slip was until I used this leave in. It's probably my second favorite leave in after Giovanni direct Leave In conditioner. I love ya'll ❤❤

You will experiment shrinkage, no doubt about it with the combination we used but it does loosen up. And the slip is absolutely phenomenal. Thank you for commenting and jarring our memories 😂😂😂➰

Always love your videos! My favorite deep conditioner is the Shea moisture manuka honey one, and was wondering in the future you’d like to try some of the brand new products they have come out with, Rihanna should win a Nobel Prize for her Fenty Beauty line, sooo good🙂

This line is in Sallys, I love it. I use the leave in and custard and my hair is great when it’s dry. The mielle babassu and mint mask is great too. This line will always be in my stash. It looks great on you ladies.

Hi ladies. Thanks for another great video. I️ bought the leave in and the smoothie when I saw it in Sally’s but I returned it when I saw a couple of reviews saying when they used the custard cocktailed with the two I️ had that it flaked so I returned it because I️ planned on buying it for my was an go. I️ might give the line another try and use it with the leave in and custard and use it sparingly like y’all did and see what happens. Y’all didn’t use a lot and the definition was there and Taylor Ann’s hair looked amazing on day 3. Sooooo..... I’ll give this line another shot. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽😄
I definetly reccomend giving products a go for yourself even after watching reviews. There’s a product we are getting ready to review that a lot of people don’t like but we really liked our results. Thanks for the upload ladies! I love a real defined WnG👍but I've never used this product line b4. Tay thanks for the insert on day 3!👍we rarely get to see that. Question: what do y'all use to detangle? I never see a comb or brush. I heard Ms LoriAnne say she didn't like the Denman brush in another video. Length is a part of natural hair goals for some ppl. No shame. I mean if you're dieting you want to see results, right? 💕😘
prah ootace Haha! That’s a great analogy. As far as detangling goes I (LoriAnne) use just my fingers. My hair is short enough to be able to detangle in this way. TaylorAnne uses Aussie moist and a wide tooth comb in the shower. Thank you for watching us 😊💕➰➿
I tried the leave in and smoothie and I took them back to Sally’s. I loved the smell! My holy grail is still the white peony leave in.
The smell of this line is everything but we have heard that it can be hit or miss for some. Too bad because the smell is soooo good haha we have to try that leave in! A lot of people love it!

You're going to strip it of moisture, especially if you're clarifying. But thanks for the shout out to short hair sisters. I've had long hair most of my life, and I did another big chop last year and I love it!
Kristy Payne Yes! Think short hair is everything. I love my short hair and my oldest son told me it makes me look younger. Haha! But, anyway, length isn’t everything. Some older women hold onto all that stringy Long hair and they have no idea how much better they would look if they took some scissors to that stuff. And yes, Ma’am, I hear you girl, I’m getting better. I’m trying to not wash everyday. And the clarifying thing was because I forgot about doing that. But I put that bottle back on the shelf. 😂 😊

I have the almond conditioner of the same line of moms hair mask. Its a daily repair product maybe that is why her highlights wont stay the color she likes??

Tatiana Ragland Yes, we definitely love complete collections, but we are finding that it’s not necessary. Just use the Shampoo and Conditioner that works for you because sometimes the foundation is where the success begins. We are not saying that their shampoo, if made would not be successful but if you don’t have everything from every line you use it’s ok. Not only does it save money. You’ll know exactly what went wrong with less new products in your hair. You can narrow it down. 😊➰💕➿

i love the leave in from this brand, it’s one of my top leave ins, the twisting souflee is ok but i dont find it as moisturizing as my camille rose almond jai twisting butter. those are the only two products i have from this line, i want to try the custard and the curl smoothie. by the way yall are wearing my fav color which is pink lol. one last thing thank god you guys didn’t get any flakes because i heard from a lot of people that the custard tends to leave flakes.

Alexis Simmons Hair products are so unique to each individual Naturalista. Who knows how our hair will take stuff? What may work for you may not work for me. We just try to give somewhat of a guideline. As far as the microfiber towels go, I get them at Walmart in their hair section. They cost 4.98 and come in a variety of colors. Target sells them too for around the same price.

I have a daughter 25, and a son 13 and they're the same way just like Tay is. Now about that makeup company, I don't even wear anything except lipstick and I think that you hit the nail on the head. Even though since we were an after thought there's no way that they'don't ever do it. You should go on their ig, and let'email know! Did the curling custard moisturize your hair as well and does it have more hold than the camille rose curl maker?
Hi! The Curling Custard is moisturizing but I wouldn’t say it has as much hold as the Curl Maker because the Curl Maker is a Gel. It has some hold, but I’d say like soft hold.

I'm glad you guys had success with the line. I did not. The products burned & irritated my scalp. I have very fine, kinky coily low porosity hair. U guys had great results! However, this product is not for me. I also really liked The Main Choice on you both.

Tarte is a no go for me... I simply cannot support a brand that doesn’t support ALL women - coupon or not...I love U Tay... so remind me of my own daughter (she’s studying for her Masters in Clinical Psychology.) She also “stole” my high end makeup bag during her senior class trip🤨She was kind enough to leave me the almost empties while taking my “backup” brand new items. She was all the rage with her clique sporting my precious “babies”... lol... now my grand daughter robs me🙄(she’s only 11.)
I'm sorry but not all of her products are free of harsh chemicals. The Curl Smoothie has silicones in it. Please thoroughly check the ingredients on the products.
