Love the Raven Guard. My favorite stories from the Heresy are the guerilla warfare stories about the Shattered Legions and Nykonna Sharowkyn, a legendary Raven Guard legionnaire who shot Fulgrim in the head and outdueled Lucius the blade master of the Emperor's Children.
One of the coolest stories i can remember about Corax was when he was stalking around Instvaan V using his warp power to walk around the traitors camp without them even seeing him.
Primarch's are all terrifying sure. But What about a Primarch that you cant see coming? I imagine even space marines crapped their ceremite.
And it’s more equally badass and terrifying since Crovus corax is now a loyal daemon primarch with major new power buffs. Just ask logar hiding in the corner over there.

i believe corax never left the spire his body is in there but he is spirit walking and doing dmg to chaos

The Raven guard are my favorite chapter. The only thing I don’t like is how the Tau manager to kill a Raven guard chapter master. They could have chosen a different chapter to have their cheeks clapped by the Tau.
They got me into 40K through their White Dwarf article back in 2004

Is it true that every loyal legion has a traitorous version? Like Blood Angels and World Eaters, Imperial Fists and Iron Warriors, Raven Guard and Night Lords, and Dark Angels and Alpha Legion?
Lore concerning their geneseed is woefully outdated. Since the introduction of Primaris, the RG have access to complete and all functioning geneseed organs. Nothing prevents this chapter from initiating recruits at 'normal' speeds.

This also includes warping of original products to fit a catered demographic outside traditional audiences. Word of advice I'm not some angry emotional troll just being angry to be angry and lay off the systemic talk cuz that sjw nonsense will never fly with me. Put down ur picket signs and use common sense.

So how is a single female character in a fictional universe (which was also a change implemented by the creators and owners of that fiction) translate to the "twisting or manipulating of social and traditional norms"?
If we were talking about a law that required all men in the United States to wear dresses, that would definitely be a forced implementation of changed culture against the desires and freedoms of the general populace.
But this is a minor detail in a piece of fiction that, being fictional, has no impact on either of the cultural norms within the fictional Imperium at large, and even less so on anyone in Real Life.
So what you're saying makes no sense, at least in the context of WH40K (especially since the Imperium has been filled with LGBT+ characters, neo pronouns since at least the mid90s, and so much more, for about as long as the Intellectual Property has existed).
Do you have an alternative reason, perhaps?

Nykonna is amazing ...from HH era garret erendye is also another legend .
