ive been surfing all of youtube for the past month trying to find useful information about my dream school (duke), and after a lot of watching people with perfect scores and perfect gpas i thought 'well, guess i'm not going to duke.' but this has been exactly what i was looking for, someone honest, THANK YOU!!
omg I really should have watched this earlier. I didn't apply nor prioritize any of my dream schools because my counselor repeatedly told me I wouldn't get in and there was no use in applying. I shouldn't have listened but now here I am, scrambling to simply apply wherever is left, and wasting a thousand dollars after hearing about everyone who had same stats as me get into their dream schools ED or EA.
