If you watch it once it-s AMAZING, when you watch it 20 times more you realise how amazing it REALLY is - never fails to impress me. Thank you for the reaction.
Then there is Haley and PostModern Jukebox covering "Seven Nation Army" by White Stripe. Haley, Morgan James, Ariana Savalas, Casey Abrams and PMJ covering "All About That Bass" by Megan Trainor. Many more.
@@AngelDReacts Now check Pau's from the Warning cover of Creep. It's just her and her piano and tell me which one you like best. For her it was a challenge from one of her patron subs and she went and came back in 4 hours and... Well you tell me,, I love it.
The story behind PMJ Creep - ruclips.net/video/MskKSH1Kf4U/видео.html Karen Marie did this version 1 year before Haley - ruclips.net/video/3Ub3vliRRXI/видео.html This is still my favorite cover. Good reaction. Check out All About That Bass with Haley Reinhart, Morgan James and Ariana Savalas (Telly “Kojak” Savalas’ daughter) - ruclips.net/video/aLnZ1NQm2uk/видео.html&ab_channel=PostmodernJukebox and Dream On with Morgan James - (ruclips.net/video/Yq4KA0mUnC8/видео.html)
Contrast this with Paulina Villarreal Velez' version of *Creep*, found on The Warning channel. She sang it solo, at an out-of-tune piano, in an echo-y living room, and filmed it in black-and-white on an iPhone. It is raw, sad, empathically emotive, ENTIRELY different from Haley and PMJ, and hits me harder than any other version. Haley and PMJ are amazing, and I'm usually a fan, but this does nothing for me. It sounds more like a broadway show tune sung by a flapper than a demented lament from a social outcast. It's cognitively dissonant.
Now she will go to the Warning rabbit hole to see Pau's version of this same song. It only took her 4 hours to practice the song and to deliver it as it was a challenge from her patron subs,
great reaction "D". look back at my her jeff goldman duet to see a list haley recommendations. also what is even more impressive is that this masterpiece was actually completed in one take with a tired voice and all but one of the postmodern jukebox covers are done live with no auto-tune, etc more info in links below: here is the history of "creep" one take from scott bradlee (the creator and pianist from postmodern jukebox): ruclips.net/video/MskKSH1Kf4U/видео.html. here is additional history on haley and "creep" from #1 fan haleyTusk (even has a color pic of her from that day): ruclips.net/video/eVASTaIoTYw/видео.html
@@AngelDReacts your welcome. "creep" is most definitely haley's best overall performance. however, her best valentine performance is actually this one: ruclips.net/video/_uNpEbt7w_o/видео.html enjoy!
Angel, as most will rightly recommend, Haley's other PMJ performances are epic (Don't Speak in particular), but few reactors listen to her original material which is also amazing. Here are two examples: With her Dad at Chess Records Studio in Chicago: ruclips.net/video/omtsHEs2g0w/видео.html, and Lay it Down, with Casey on keys : ruclips.net/video/JqluowA-r5M/видео.htmlsi=YgGjzM3ScyPZWuF- ENJOY!!
You have already reacted to Haley with Jeff Goldblum doing My baby don’t care. Did you realize it was the same artist? You said that was sensual as well.
I did and I was impressed, to say the least. I'm impressed with the band, too, and what little I know about them so far. I really liked their old home videos of 3 stair step sisters playing songs as a band.
Much as I like Hayley’s version of this I don’t really think that it conveys the message as well as some of the other covers I’ve heard compared to the original. There are 2 covers that stand out to me 1) Paulina from The Warning, just her and a piano quite raw and very emotional! 2) Annalise from IMY2 for a very faithful cover of the original but with her style of singing.
If you watch it once it-s AMAZING, when you watch it 20 times more you realise how amazing it REALLY is - never fails to impress me. Thank you for the reaction.
Thanks for watching xo

You are right - Haley is one of the best.
I agree, she is one of the best! I recommend Haley with PMJ doing Seven Nation Army in a New Orleans style jazz.
I keep going back to watch this performance. What a amazing voice. Thanks Angel D. Great reaction.
Thank you too!

@@SDsailor7 not quite, it was some of her friends on Instagram!
Am I the only one that is out of breath near the end of her performance, what breath control, amazing!
Haley Reinhart owns every song she sings.
One of the best covers ever IMO. Great reaction! Love from Norway ♥♥♥♥♥
Thank you! 😊
Haley; Vocal Tour de Force with an amazing band
A masterclass in vocal technique!
Feels just like a 1950's Jazz club, right? "Champagne for Haley and beers for the band!"
It’s a crime that Haley didn’t win American Idol in 2011
OMG She is AWESOME Great Reaction
She so is! Thank you xo

Oh yeah, she has a special sexy voice. Will definitely listen to more of her music. Like this even more than the original which is rare for me

she is the reincarnation of a 1940's Jazz club singer.......or Jessica Rabbit; one of the two!

Yes, I did know it was her. Maybe she brings sensuality to all of the songs? I have only seen her twice so far... we are just getting started! xo
I’m sorry every woman in the world but I’m in mad love with this girl. And yes you are very special.
Haley could sing the phonebook and make it sound sexy
Ashame she was sick doing this

Pau kills it! and only took her 4 hours to prepare it.
Radiohead hates this song..They don't playing it on the shows..
