It's sad that we don't have a place for people to go when they lose everything. It could happen to any one of us. This is so sad, why won't wealthy people help out? This is Los Angeles, where we have more millionaires than anywhere else...Democrat, Republican, regardless, we as human beings should not let this happen.
I agree 100%, and it’s not a joke. Everyone talks, but no one does anything. If I had the finances and connections with the city, I’d build public housing for these people, where they can live for free, and there would be a mental health and drug rehab center there, and the ppl who are able to get their lives together would be given help with getting jobs, and the people who are not mentally well enough to get a job would always be provided with housing, clothing, hygiene, and free medication. This would all be privately funded, so taxes wouldn’t be raised on anyone.
