Been riding this tubliss system for 2.5-3 years. Its treated me well. If you have any questions feel free to email me at: enduroriderchannel@gmail.com Instagram: aaproductions144
how to avoid: mix together 50ml oil and 50ml water and a little bit of hand sorp. mix it well . Remove the valve and fill it with a syringe and very small house inside tyre. That reduces the friction by 90% and tubliss lives much longer
A friend did puncture the inner tube once as he hit a screw just right. We now carry two high pressure tubes and patch kit. Tiny amount to carry weighs nothing
had the same wear after approx 3 years...then once on a track the inner chamber has exploded thru one of those worn areas...still 3 yrs is pretty damn good. I used to run soft and supersoft/gummy compounds with 0,4bar, but were getting simply way too many punctures..I now switched to medium compound enduro tyres with at least some carcass and is much more durable now
go to a tire place, you can test the side wall stiffness..(carcass) by putting a tire on the ground, now put your foot across the bottom of the tire and press your foot down, the harder it is to press the sides of the tire down, the stiffer and more durable the carcass.
You rode it flat for 15 miles on pavement!? I’m not surprised that it wore like that Geeze dude, it’s a liner not a miracle worker. Ride anything else that has air flat for that period of time and see what happens.
I have mine for 6 years and they look like new. They are not meant to ride on pavement for hours but to get the maximum traction with less psi in the hard, extreme enduros.
ruclips.net/video/QPhJ2gFEeHU/видео.html check out 12:55. During a trip down Baja our trail boss rode 30 miles on a “flat”. The mousse had degraded into powder.
one question ! please ... if there's a lot of "armour all" on the rim and beads, from the instalation, do youthink the tire will spin in hard stops / accelerations ??? it's kind of silikon, and it doesn't dry off never !
I don't use Armor All when installing the tubliss. I use very soapy water. This allows for an easy install and the soapy water will dry out after some time. The Tubliss has Rim lock to avoid any kind of spin during hard stops.
If this does not solve the problem then add 100ml of soapy water into the high pressure tube. This closes the pores of the rubber and makes it tight for a long time.
Very good advice, we put Slime (the green stuff) to solve small punctures and, in case of a bad flat (cuts mostly) to provide lubrication for the liner. I race with tubliss and did more than a half race (more than 2 hours) in two separate occasions with a flat without a problem. Not only that I finished the race, but I could maintain a decent pace and at the end the liner was as new. So Slime or anything that will keep the liner lubricated inside is the way!
You can buy all of the components of tubliss individually so you would only need to buy the carcass, good video but if you're going to put stuff on utube please do some research, it does take a lot of weights too balance the wheel.

I have the same problem losing air in the front, also I had to add a lot of wieght to balance the wheels

Thinking for my rear, and 8 lbs air? and keeping front stock set up.

Carcas siffnes?, im gatting too many punctures

Helpful to see what you've gone thru - curious if in those years how often, if at all, you replaced the inner bladders? Thanks for sharing!
Out of the years of owning tubliss I’ve only had change one bladder. Happened to be the front.

What kind of tires you usually use? Thanks
For 15 miles on a flat and its not shredded that is excellent😎✊🏻
What about high speeds on the pavement? The solid inserts 45mph max
Tubliss doesn’t have a speed limit. I’ve also been using foam inserts at higher speeds then 45mph without issue. Lube is key.

I use armour all and haven't had any issues in 2 years.
What psi do you normally run with them?
I would run 110 in the high pressure and run 8 in the low pressure.
it's not saying "tubeless" , it's "tubliss" ... think they meant combining tubeless & bliss , what do you think ? ;)

Change yer perspective, did its job and got you home, carry slime and dynaplug
If you put about 0.5 liters of soapy water in tire you wont have any wear if it doesnt dry out.

I Mix oil, water and a little bit soap (100~200ml) ... works great

I rode my tubliss with a flat rear tire and the tube wore through the red outer part and was down to the cords. It's destroyed.
Who are you working for lol. I have seen you post this exact comment on multiple tubliss videos

Maybe you should have pushed your bike for 15 miles! Not sure what you expected riding on a flat tire for 15 miles.
far too expensive for what it is.
When you run the system for 2-3 years, it's not expensive at all for the peace of mind and traction you're getting.
