Margaret is an advocate of mental health and she is a local and global hero who will share her story of overcoming narcissistic abuse from the one person who was supposed to protect and love her. In this session you will smile, you will cry and most importantly you will leave with hope after listening to Margaret. She will will offer her own experiences of what she needed to do to get out of a terrible situation. Her hope is that her words will help you if you are currently experiencing similar challenges.
This is part ONE of a 3 part series. Fasten your seat belts and listen to a local hero as she shares an extremely vulnerable and personal experience to help you overcome and break your own barriers. If you would like to leave Margaret a wonderful comment please feel free to share how her message helped you. She is also willing to offer a no judgement listening ear and a shoulder to cry on if you would like to share your story with us.

You articulated your experience very well. Your story and your feeling are deep and thought provoking. This can be so relatable to many women out there who experience narcissism to some degrees in their lives.
I think that being aware of their problems is half of the battle to healing and recovery. So, I am very happy seeing a local and global female hero like you who has found her voice and strength to share her story and message with other women. You are right. Nobody is perfect. There is nothing wrong to seek professional help or support group. DO IT!
