They definitely benefit for a little more lube than usual. They never quite feel as creamy as something like a brown due to the heavier spring and 2 way tactile feel. But they are good for heavy typers
This is late i know but there is a difference in number keys and top row letter keys as the keycaps and placement on the board make them sound deeper, so i would place them on the same row or even in the same places to get an accurate comparison.
I think there is a great opportunity to deafen the 'click' by filling the undercarriage of the keycaps but unsure what filler would work best. Thinking the some kind of acoustic molding putty without compromising the feeling weight, or obstruction of the install, press and activation.
Ye guys don’t look at these cuz the lubed switches have the number keys which sounds better, but realistically lubed switches are always better then unlubed
bro number keys on every keyboard have more space between the bottom which makes it deeper but the normal letter dont try doing the sound test on keys in the same row
I lube them like how i would linear switches. But the thinner the better. A bit more on the spring and I recommend handlube the spring. With a bit on the leaf. The result is a smoothness and roundness in tactility in comparison to the sharpness in boba u4t. Imo, these glorious are better than holy pandas.
"Fast" is *basically* marketing BS, just think about how fast you press a keyboard key. Nothing really makes a difference. The more important thing is if the keys actuate "early" you're more likely to accidentally press them, but it's also easier to type without smacking them all the way down (bottoming out) which not everyone likes to do. The actuation point on these is really low, which isn't good for people who want to avoid bottoming out keys.
WAIT PLS TELL ME SHOULD I BE THEM LUBED OR UNLUBED DID U BUY THEM LUBED OR DID U LUBE ON UR OWN BECAUSE I WANT TO KNOW IF IT IS WORTH IT TO BUY IT LUBED AND IF IT TAKES AWAY THE CLICKNESS I GENERALLY LIKE LUBED MORE BUT IDK PLS TELL ME I LIKED AND SUBBED

i have a question, are the lubed ones the pre-lubed switches that they offer or did you manually lube them
good question
R, T,Y,U sound more mechanical and 5 and the others sound slightly quieter but still mechanical
Yeah that’s what lube does...
@@CGBuild 😂😂😂

Wow I don’t care 😂
negligible. Still in search of the mechanical keyboard that sounds like a membrane keyboard.
Lol I mixed my switches lubed and unlubed cuz I like ‘em both
I think the sound test would be more accurate if the switches were on the same row of the keyboard.
so am i the only person that heared thunder in the background
Sounds like my gateron yellows
THOCK!!!
Hey, if you can reply to this, what lube did you use? Thanks!

Are these factory lubed?
When you buy it you have to the option to get factory lubed or not
what is the difference between glorious and holy?
Hey man just a quick question, does the tactility reduce when its lubed cuz the main reason i bought these switches was for the tactility.
No they stay just smoother
dont put too much lube or yes it will decrease

Just don't put too much lube and avoid lubing the legs, you will be good to go
