I have adapted fly lady to suit my home so I do both bathrooms in one zone. I can't imagine only working 15 minutes though. I usually pick a task or two and complete it, but all that vacuuming on your hands and knees qualifies as one complete task.

I just started using the blue Dawn, vinegar and water solution the other day! How did I not know about this. It worked great on my shower door!! I also added peppermint essential oil to it and it smelled so good. 💜 Love your outfit by the way: white shirt & jean skirt! 💜

Oh I didn’t know O’Cedar made a swifter type mop? I love my spin mop but I would like one like that to do quick mops and save the other for weekly mopping. 💜

Thank you for this idea, in using a planner to do our weekly to do and do’s.
And zones too, wow nice, this helps me to organize my my cleaning etc, makes my life easier, since I have RA and some days are better then other. :)

Great job. I'm minimalist in most things. Our new house is smaller than our old one. We only have two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a kitchen that contains both the dining and laundry facilities. I can likely get to everything daily once we live there. It's not ready though as we still have to add an electrical meter, dig the sewer lines, repair the water well house, fix the water pump, and add a mailbox before we can live there. Right now I'm staying at my mother's house. Lee doesn't like the drama there and Daniel prefers his daddy so they are staying at a friend's house. Right now we're mainly packing and moving our things there as we have to be out of our old one by Saturday. I still need to grab my collectibles and the rest of my books and binders. Might grab Lee's old shoes as our 13 old son Daniel now fits his daddy's shoe size. Think Daniel will be taller than him when he reaches his full height. Lee is 5'7 but my father and most of Lee's side of the family were 6'0 or taller.

Hi Michelle. Yes…the Flylady cleaning system can help. We do things in small chunks and it all adds up. Consider checking out Flylady Kat. Her videos are so helpful. Try this and let me know how it works.

Your dress is too cute! Do you do any pampering by zone? Diane in Denmark does this plus she’s a fly lady coach and I need some more ideas. I’ve been following fly lady for a few years and it has saved my sanity. I am chronically ill and it helps me manage the house so that if I am down for a week or longer, the house does not become a disaster.

I had a question. The Mrs. Meyers isn't antibacterial. Wouldn't you want to use something with antibacterial properties on the outside of the toilet?

Hi Kathleen, I see what you're saying but I don't think it makes that much difference on the outside of the toilet bowl. I like using one cleaner to do it all except on the day i'm doing my weekly home blessing. You could use an antibacterial multipurpose cleaner and just use that everywhere in the bathroom. But...I'm doing a daily swish and swipe. It's pretty clean for the most part. Thank for the question. It was definitely work bringing up. I'll do a little research on it and see what I find. Thank you for keeping me on my toes.
