wow... only word I can use to describe this shred. what complexity and style they bring forth in their solos, very expressive. That piano solo was my favorite though. very soulful. utilized all of that keyboard too. HELL yea, keep it up homies
So I've been kinda stuck in this music rut where I felt I couldn't go much further with my drum skills, but when I heard this, I thought, "man I gotta play with that!" So I did, and my god, I've never had so much fun or sweated as much as I did behind the set while playing along with this jam sesh... Thanks guys, and keep it up! :)
When you get in a musical rut, switch up your playing style. Example if you ride with your right hand dominating, then switch to your left hand dominating the ride, if you have a chop that you start with left hand, start it with the right hand or the bass drum. We all get in ruts, but they are not hard to get out of if you switch up and activate different parts of brain. When you do that you have to learn a different skill set but it adds to your creativity and playing as a whole
thats the worse thing you can do !! im probably thesame level as you in drumming but i know that i have got tonds of stuff to learn :rythms, rudiments .. hand to feat combination ... you have a long way yet to go. like in rudiments you mite be able to play all of the rudiments now try to play every rudiment as triplets .. then with different accents you will be amazed the sound you can get out by doing that. i have seen your videos you are very good the only thing i dont like is your groove.
This was the best shed. The music: melody and tempo was just right for showcasing the drums .. Everybody's fills/ solos made musical sense.. Everyone was heard.. It seemed very natural.

Fellas ive been a drummer all my life and this impresses me more than watching the ol prod. And thats not to take anything from the ol pros becsuse they paved the way but this style , everytime i watch it i have something new to say about it. And honestly its been dificult for me to pick up on becsuse i cant read music either and im out here all by myself the only drummer within miles. But from what i can gather is that maybe alot of the fills or rolls are done utilizing that right foot and a hand freeing up the other hand allowing it to hit whatever wherever whether it be a splash, a crash, a mini china, etc. So that right foot has to be on point.
It's certainly one of the best. Didn't leave me wanting any other drum shed. What I dug was how musically these guys played with each other, especially at the beginning. It sounded like a single kit until they started soloing.
The screaming of Boswell makes me laugh so hard! But this is what passion is about,.. Letting go of all prejudges, do what you love and love what you do! Thanks guys, this is totally awesome!!!!
These guys are absolutely amazing! I don't care if you think they get their inspiration from God or if its just lots of practice or both, but the playing in this video can't be denied! Incredible! I hope they all get into good bands and make names for themselves. Talent like this should be shared with the world!!

I wasn't sure at first when this video said best drum shed ever, but I can wholeheartedly say they were right. One of the best 28 minutes and 6 seconds of my life.
Ive been coming back to this since it was posted basically lol all these guys are extremely passionate and talented. A congregation of higher like minds.
Both? Must have cut it off early? They switched up a few times...but I agree, they are ALL anointed of God and the Holy Spirit was in da house! 30+ years drumming in church (45 total) and there is always someone new to teach you something provided you can figure out what they are doing and fit it to your style of worship music. Contemporary Christian has more guitar solos than anything, but I try and make drum fill/solo stuff fit in where I can every service when I'm leading worship with my wife!
Such a great feel in the middle of all that crazy polyrhythmic dazzle too! Amazing and inspiring. All 3 drummers incredible ideas and execution and energy! Great keys and bass too!!
